Reunion

"IZUMI!" The first to react was Maika of course. She flung her arms around him, startling the auburn-haired male pretty much.

"Mai-Maika?! Wait this, am I...?" Maika released him from the hug. He proceeded to check his hands, arms and body slowly with a look of wonder on his face. Eyes which had not seen the light of the day for so long brightened up gradually as realization slowly hit him.

"I'm... I'm back in my own body!" Meanwhile, I was too stunned to move. This unknown person who just woke up really was Ren. Sure, he didn't sound like me anymore, he sounded like an average male with that boyish voice. Also, I couldn't feel glad or anything Ren got back in his body or not, right in front of me was a stranger I had never met in person in real life. Slowly, that person noticed me.

"Oi Jun, why do you look so weirded out? It's still me though, the same also goes to the rest of you. I'm still Ren."

Nobody responded. He sighed with closed eyes.

"I finally get back into my own body and I get this sort of reception. Maika, pass me a sledgehammer, seems like I need to knock some sense into their brains." His eyes opened again to reveal glowing green eyes. A glow all too familiar. That familiar threatening atmosphere was back, strangely comforting for words.

"Woah okay okay, you're definitely Ren for sure!" I finally smiled with relief. The rest must have thought the same too, for all tenseness in the atmosphere had been greatly reduced. Now smiling, the person in the bed sat up with Maika's help and rested against his upright pillow.

"Well then fellows, this is the officially first time we've met in person huh? The name's Asao Izumi, nice to meet you all again~" He waved with a grin so innocent, no one would suspect of him being a yandere.

"Nice to meet you again Ren- wait no, it's Izumi now isn't it? Haha... ha?" Tamaki gave a nervous laugh.

"Ren is fine, call me Ren like you guys always do," His sights then focused onto me and he let out a gasp, "Woah, it's like I'm looking into a mirror or something! Looks like I got too used to possessing your body already Jun."

"I guess that's what happens after spending six years of intruding into my personal life." I muttered darkly. Izumi flinched in the bed and sweatdropped.

"Lol sorry 'bout that, I really thought I was dead and became an alter ego of someone else at that time..."

"The patient is finally awake?!" Two doctors intruded into the room. Seeing that, Kyoya nodded.

"Well, we should let the doctors do their job properly, Ren just got up so he'll still need to adjust to his new body." To the doctors, he said, "Contact me once you're done."

"Yes Young Master." The two doctors bowed dutifully to the hospital's heir.

"Aw man, I thought we could chat more with Ren version 2.0~"

"Yeah, we still gotta get used to him looking like that from now on too~"

"We'll see you later Yandere-kun! Try not to beat up the doctors or something!" The doctors flinched hearing Tamaki's words while Ren nodded 'innocently'.

The whole group left the room, waving at a smiling Ren in the bed as the doctors went to their thing. Once outside the room, the Host club saw no threat to openly discuss about Ren... well at least until Maika left them to finish up her homework at home.

"How do you say this... it's almost unbelievable that Asao Izumi is the 'Ren' we all know." Haruhi scratched her head.

"It'll take time for us to adjust to having him around now, and that Jun won't be able to 'switch' anymore. I guess we'll just have to accept it."
