"I'm going to kill them." I mumbled pacing the room while I watched Samantha sleep.

I told Dream not to tell Kiyah and Kayla for this exact reason. I know Samantha couldn't fight. Basically all bark no bite. But I was 10 toes behind my girl forever.

"Can you stop walking around so much." she groaned rubbing her head.

"I'm sorry. I'm not trying to stress you or nun. The doctor said no stress." I said making sure she was comfortable before sitting at the end of the bed.

"Lucas I know what he said and I'm okay." she assured me.

She was early into her pregnancy but she was beat up pretty bad. I hadn't told Dillyn, Mom or Pops about it but I was going to soon.

"I'm sorry this happened to you." I frowned rubbing her stomach.

"I mean, she still weak in my book because why did they have to handle it for her? Punk ass." she laughed a little and I laughed a little too.

"I'm glad you're okay."

"They ain't do no real damage. I'm beating they ass after I have this baby tho. They wanna be lames and fight me while I'm pregnant." she ranted going on and on about them.

My phone rang making her be quiet while I answered the phone for Damia.

"Yes ma'am?"

"Coly I'm going to whoop your ass if you don't bring your ass here for dinner tonight." she sassed into the phone sounding like Mom.

I laughed a little. "Mia you know Samantha is sick right now."

"Okay I know that. So when she's sleep you can just come over. I'll send her a plate home with you. Be here in an hour or I'm going to beat your ass your ass." and with that, she hung up and I laughed some more looking at Samantha.

"That lady is really crazy. You can't help but to love her tho." Samantha laughed.

I knew that she wouldn't dare pull the things that she pulled with Dream, with Damia. She wasn't that tough, her bark wasn't that loud.

"I know man. You gone be cool here? Ion wanna have my ass beat for not showing up."

She nodded. "Just make sure you bring my plate. I got my water and stuff and the bathroom is right there so I'll be okay."

Getting up, I kissed her forehead. "I'll be back before you know it, love."

"Okay daddy." she giggled blowing me a kiss.

"That's why you're pregnant now." I laughed shaking my head before leaving out the room hearing her laughing too.

"Thank you for picking me up." I said to Jay as I got into the car.

My car was at the shop at the moment and everybody seemed to be busy. So I called him. I mean we're friends, right?

"No problem. As long as I'm not picking you up from a nigga house." he laughed and I laughed too but I knew that he was serious about that.
