~1 week later~

(Your POV)

My belly was about to pop at anytime. It was time for the couples festival, also known as the spring festival. Many cherry blossom trees had bloomed and the air was perfect, not too hot and not cold.

Both Sesshomaru and I were getting ready to leave out. I decided to wear a green kimono with light pink flowers on it and an emerald green obi, Sesshomaru wore his usual attire. He held my hand while we walked to the front door, then rested me on his mokomoko until we arrived at the festival. It was beautiful, the Japanese cherry blossoms were everywhere, the smell of food was amazing, there were booths set up, selling all kinds of things, little children running around and couples holding hands and enjoying each other's company, it was all so amazing. I looked at Sesshomaru and smiled, even though his face was still serious.

"You need to smile more." I said, reaching up to poke his cheek.

He looked at me and gave me a brief smile. "For you, I will."

I giggled and we held hands walking into the festival, I could tell those around us felt very tense, but I shrugged it off and enjoyed my time. I kept looking back at Sesshomaru to see if he was enjoying himself, and I could tell he didn't want to be here but for my sake he did this. "Lord Sesshomaru?"

"Yes?"

"Let's go to one of the booths, I want a treat."

"Alright."

We proceeded to a little booth with an old lady, who gave us a frightened look.

"Hello Miss. May I get two of those rice cakes, please?"

"(Y/n), I don't eat human food."

"Oh, I know that. These are for me." I smiled, while taking the rice cakes and he gave me a semi shocked look.

We sat down under a shaded tree, on a blanket that I carried. Sesshomaru had his back pressed against the tree, with his eyes closed and I sat with my knees to the side, while eating the rice cakes.

Thump!

"Ouch. Not yet, little one." I whispered and gripped my belly which now looked like I was 9 months pregnant. "Sesshomaru?"

"Hm?"

"Why are you so emotionless?"

"I don't find reason to be emotional."

"It's not so bad."

"Hn." He chuckled.

"Can we dance? The musicians are playing very nice music."

"I don't do such silly things."

"Oh come on, it would be so fun!"

"Are you sure you should be doing that with a baby on the way?"

I looked down, "Ha, I guess you're right."

He opened his eyes and rested his hand on my bump. "You're going to be strong warrior one day." He said talking to my belly. "Or maybe a princess."

I smiled. THUMP! "Agh." I grunted.

"What is it?"

"I-I'm not sure, I've been getting this sharp pain in my womb a lot as of today." The look of concern grew on his face, "Oh no, I'm not ready to deliver just yet, Mimiko said I have another month or so left." He relaxed. "Let's go play a game." He helped me up and we went to play some games.

There was one where you had to hit the machine hard enough so it rings the bell, I told Sesshomaru to give it a try and unfortunately he destroyed the entire machine with the flick of one finger. The people were so shocked and the little children were amazed, they ran over to us asking Sesshomaru many questions, but of course he didn't respond so I did that for him. We walked over to a game where you had to throw pouches filled with rice into 5 nets, which were about 20 feet away.
