Chapter 2: New England

Bella POV

Since we didn't have to stop-well only twice for Ness and Jem-we made it to New England in just a couple hours. New England was a very pretty place with its tall mountains, rolling hills, and long bricked roads.

Kinda like the yellow brick road from the Wizard of Oz. But if I find the yellow bring road, I ain't gonna 'follow the yellow brick' I'm gonna say 'later losers' and run the other way.

We slowed as we walked down the street of New England. It looked like fall here with the bright lime green and orange leaves that scattered the ground and decorated the trees. The place was beautiful and amazing but those weren't the words I would describe the place. I have one word and it was patriotic.

It just had that feel and look to it. Very patriotic.

We walked a few more blocks before coming up to an actual hotel. The first one I've seen for miles.

We checked in getting multiple bedrooms for us all so we had a place to stay for a night or two before we could find a house.

We all got our own bedrooms, which were pretty small in my option, and decided to gather up in Carlisle and Esme's room after dropping our stuff off.

"Ok, so what now?" Edward asks as him and Alice enter.

"Well tomorrow we'd figure we'd explore and try and find a house to stay in 'cause there ain't no way we're staying in these tiny rooms the whole time we're here." I say. He nods.

"I heard they had a pottery barn here, and I was wondering if we could go. I mean we don't all have to go you know." Says Ness as a little blush fills her cheeks. I nod.

"Sounds good. Whoever wants to go can tag along with me and Ness and those who don't can do what they want to do. Seem fair?" I ask. Everyone nods.

Well, tomorrow sounds fun. Those who want to go to the pottery barn can come with Ness, Mady, and me 'cause I have a feeling Mady's coming along with Jem.

Knowing Fang he'll probably go find some night club to party at and try to dump himself on the girls and play dirty. Sarren will probably stay here and the others I'm pretty sure will go out and do something with their mates. So I have a pretty good idea who's coming in my little group.

We say our quick goodbyes and goodnights before heading back to our own rooms. I give Ness and Jem big hugs and quick kisses before they go to their rooms, then grab Jasper's hand and pull him to our room.
