Chapter 9: Deal

Jemalie POV

Emmett, Rose, and Rich were who were in my group. Of course, I had to get Emmett. I swear to god, if I didn't love him so much, I would kill him. He better act seriously or I might just forget we're related, that he's my moms best friend, and that I love him lots, and kill him.
But why would Emmett ever act seriously? He can't even do it when we fight! Like when we had that war with Victoria, Edward and Alice. He played, played! with the freakin newborns before he killed them.

So here we were, heading to the Amazon, listing to Emmett crack jokes and Rich laugh his butt off and remark something that makes Emmett laugh along.

"Hey, hey Jemalie! Where's the best view of falling stars in Los Angeles?" He asks. I look at him like 'really?'.
"A rehab center!" He says and him and Rich crack up laughing.

"Ok,ok. Emmett, here's this. Two young men sneak on to a blind man's property in order to steal something of value. The blind man hears them and goes to the door with his shot gun. The two young men, seeing the blind man, stand motionless.

"The blind calls out, "Marco!". Silence. He tries once more, "Marco!" More silence. One more time, "Marco!" One of the young men, tired of the game, yells out, "We aren't going to fall for that..." *BANG!" Rich says than bursts out laughing. Emmett soon follows along and says another one.

"Well, get this. A man kills a deer and takes it home to cook for dinner. Both he and his wife decide that they won't tell the kids what kind of meat it is, but will give them a clue and let them guess. The dad said,

"Well it's what Mommy calls me sometimes." The little girl screamed to her brother, "Don't eat it. Its an asshole!" Emmett says and they both fall to the ground laughing, making me and Rose stop.

I look at Emmett in disgust. "You are one sick freak." I say. Emmett ignores me and keeps on laughing. I look over at Rose and she shrugs and glares at Emmett.

"Hey Emmett, I got one for ya." I say making Emmett pause in his laughing and look up at me.
"Their once was two bimbos who cracked up laughing. Two girls stood by and came up with a devilish plan. Soon, the two bimbos ended up with lost limbs and died before they could make it to the Amazon." I say. Emmett frowns at me.

"That's not very funny." He says. I look at Rose and nod. I glance back at him.
"It's not suppose to be, it's your fate." I say.

After a few minutes, Emmett's eyes widen and he looks over at a shocked and scared Rich. Emmett swallows and grins before getting up and zooming away, quickly followed by Rich.
Me and Rose both chase them to the Amazon. Which makes things a whole lot easier, making it quicker to get back to England.

When we arrive we both glare at the guys and go in search of the Amazons. Once we find the two that are there, we explain to them everything that's going down. They quickly agree and we're on our way back to England. Keeping our eyes out for any stray newborn and/or vampires.

I wonder what's going on with the others. Finding who their looking for hopefully, like we have. At least they don't have Emmett and Rich who are cracking jokes again. I swear, I am going to kill them one day, one day.

Well, at least the Amazons made the deal to come, I just hope we get enough to fight when you include us and the Volturi. I wonder how many the others have so far.
