Chapter 1: A New Beginning

Bella POV

I paced around the living room while we waited for Jasper and Emmett to come back with Alice and Edward from their first hunt.

It had taken us almost two hours before we were finally able to get both Alice and Edward under enough control that we could go get them to hunt. It was like my worst human nightmare come alive.

Of course I don't remember much from my human years because it was like a million years ago and I've had loads of memories of being a vampire so the human stuff is just faint. But I don't mind, I have myself a wonderful and loving family and everyone I knew was dead so my human life is practically dead to me.

"Whatever, I'm scratching both their eyes out if they do anything and I mean anything to threaten this family." Says Rose.

While the four left to go hunt everyone else gathered around so we could make up a plan on what to do and where to go. Now that Alice and Edward were changed we couldn't risk people seeing them, making them believed dead.

"Me too." Answers Renesmee agreeing with Rose. Jemalie nods also.

"Look, if the time comes then we'll do whatever we want to them ok? But just for now, just give them-sadly-a stupid chance. Right now their.....fine as fine as newborns can get. Just........where are we going to go? Suggestions?" I ask.

Rose, Ness and Jem nod and everyone ponders on where we should go.

"California?" Says Rose.

"New England?" Says Carlisle.

"Virginia?" Says Jem.

I sigh, this is gonna be harder than I thought.

"Well, I'd kinda like to go to New England." I say. Ness and Esme nod in agreement.

"Ok, all in favor of New England?" I say. Everyone raises their hands.
"Alright, New England it shall be."

Emmett walks in.

"Case dismissed." Emmett say grinning and pretending to slam those hammer things that they have in judges, onto an imaginary table.

We all laugh and roll our eyes.

"Where's everyone else?" I ask.

"Right here." Says Jasper, walking through the door followed by Edward and Alice.

He walks over and sits with me taking my hands.

"What'd we miss?" He asks. I roll my eyes.

"Emmett." He nods and smiles.

"Alrighty, you guys. While you guys were gone we decided on a place where we're all going to move since Edward and Alice are going to be presumed dead and you know they can't be seen and blah, blah. Anyway, we've decided on New England. Sound good?" I ask.

They all nod and we start moving, packing everything. Making sure to get rid of whatever we don't need and cover up things like the furniture.

Soon we're all running through the forest and on our way to New England. I clutch onto Jasper's hand as we run and Ness comes near me with Jem close behind her, Mady just in front of me.

"Hey mom, are we going to have to do school again?" Ness asks.

"Nah probably not. We'll probably just explore New England unless any of us want to go to school or get a job." I say. She nods and smiles.

"Good I've had enough school to last me for centuries." She says. I laugh.

"You have had school that's lasted you for centuries, silly." I say and we all laugh.

Duh, dee, dum, New England here we come.
