Rain sounded a high pitch whinny. Rain battled back wolves who came to the smell West Wind's blood as Misty tried to see if West Wind was alive. Moments later Spirit and the rest of the herd came to help.
Misty fell asleep next to West Wind. In the morning Misty wake up and look at West Wind. She could feel his heart beating. She nip his ear hard.
"Ack! Misty?" Said West Wind.
"I am right here. Are you OK?" Said Misty.
"I love you, Misty! Do you love me?" Asked West Wind.
"Yes. Please do not leave me!?" Cried Misty.
"Misty, please grant me my last request?" Asked West Wind.
"Yes, what is your request?" Said Misty.
"Grant me a foal?" Asked West Wind.
"Yes I will." Said Misty.
"I love you,West Wind!" Cried Misty.
"I love you,too!" Said West Wind as he and Misty rub themselves together.
"Good-bye,Misty!" West Wind said weakly as he placed his head in the tall grass.
"No, West Wind come back!" Misty cried. She placed her face in West Wind's mane.
