I shook my head. Stop thinking about her. You'll only worsen the pain.
"Thomas Thorson! What the heck were you thinking about? You didn't even reply to an offer for free food!" Bella yelled, obviously confused.
"Nothing that you should worry about, søde. But... DID YOU SAY FREE FOOD?!"
"Thomas, you know I don't speak... Whatever language that was. I only speak French and English." She replied. I smiled and gave her the that's-kinda-the-point look.
"Oh, stop flirting you two. Now what about the food?"

Laila's POV"What are you doing? I said to clean this room!" Ms. Bossy yelled. Ever since I was attacked by a monster when I was young, I had been working for her. She promised that she would help me find my cousin, Torvald Thorson, if I helped her with her Inn.
"Right away, ma'am." She walked away, and left me alone in the room. I looked to see if anyone was in the hall, and closed the door. "I hope this will work." I willed for the room to clean itself, and surprisingly, it did.
"I wonder..." I willed myself to be in NYC, and I was there. Don't worry, Torvald. I'm on my way. No need to search for me.
I'm here. Just wait.
