"How was your first night, Ms. Anderson?" asked Olivia as soon as she came to me. A server came to my table and began serving food.

"Good."

Olivia nodded. "Do you have any particular things you want to do today? There are variety of water sports you may do and there is a yatch available for you only," she informs me. I glanced at her, and a huge smile formed on her face.

"It's fine. I'm going for a run later," I tell her.

"Okay. I'd also like to let you know that Mr. Anderson called to inform you that he will be here tonight."

My eyes widened. "What for?"

"He would like to be here for the charity event tomorrow. You're also needed in the event," she explained.

"Okay."

She nodded, as she excused herself.

I started eating. And as I did, I kept glancing on the windows, hoping to see Connor. When I checked the pool earlier, he wasn't there. He's probably working late today or maybe he has a day off. I wouldn't know. It's not like I asked for his schedule last night. On second thought, maybe I should. After I ate, I had someone call Olivia for me.

Olivia arrived. "What can I do for you, Miss?" she asked, smiling.

"I want Connor's schedule."

"Connor Dawson?"

"Yes. Why? Is there another Connor working in this hotel?" I asked, rolling my eyes.

"No, Miss. I apologize."

"Go. I want his schedule now."

Olivia went on her way. When she came back, she was bringing a tablet she uses for work. She stood in front of me, scrolling down on her tablet. "Here's his schedule for this week," she says, handing me the tablet. "I'll have it printed for you and deliver it to your suite."

"Alright."

An hour passed and I headed down to the beach for a run. And as I run, all I was thinking is the wind going against my face, the warmth that touches my skin, and the beautiful view that freshens my eyes. Running keeps me active and helps release stress in my body. Other than swimming, running is my second sport. Although, I never pursued it like I did swimming.

Few hours later, I decided to go back. The sun was becoming too hot and I felt very exhausted already. While I was jogging on my way back, I noticed two guys sitting down on the lifeguard tower by the beach. From there, I knew Connor was one of them. As I continued to jog back, a stranger approached me. He was charismatic but seemed conceited. His group of friends watched us as he introduced himself to me. And there, we chatted for a while. It didn't last long because I ended our conversation as soon as I could and left. As I pass the lifeguard tower, I tried to avoid looking at Connor's direction. I would talk to him, but I don't want to be the first one to talk to him. Maybe last night was just a one time conversation for him. I wouldn't know.

"Hey," I heard a familiar voice. I turned around and saw Connor running towards me. "Hi," he smiled when he got to me.

"Hi." I smiled.

"You went for a run?" he asked. "Who was that?"

I rose my brows at him. "The one I was talking to? He just came up to me out of nowhere, and introduced himself."
