   "You live...in this place?" Greyson asked after he pulled over. He offered to send her home and Chloe gladly took it.

   Chloe smiled and nodded slowly. "I know it doesn't look like a nice place for living to you but this is where I live. At least I don't sleep on the streets." She chuckled as she said that.

   Greyson thought for a while. "I think you don't have to come to work at the office anymore."

   Chloe frowned. "But why, sir? Please, I need the job to-"

   "Because starting tomorrow you will work at the mansion."

"Wha-what?"

   "Maura needs someone to help her with the house chores. She can't do the cleaning alone. Well, you know..."

   Chloe nodded as she got what Greyson was trying to say. "If that so, I accept the job. What time should I there, sir?"

   Greyson turned his body to face Chloe. "We're here to take your things because you're gonna live with us."

   "What?"

   "You can't be serious." Alex said whilst chuckling.

   "What? Isn't it easy for her if she stays in the mansion? She can start working the moment she wakes up in the morning."

   "Since when did you care, Mr Chance?" Alex eyed Greyson suspiciously whilst rubbing his chin.

   "It's not that I care, okay? Stop giving me that look!"

   Alex raised his eyebrows. "So do you still want me to hire another girl to replace Chloe?"

   "No. No need anymore."

   "Okay-wait, what? Did I mishear or-"

   "Alex, stop it okay."

   "This is new. I need some time to comprehend it." Alex muttered.

   "What is it?"

   "Nothing. So, does your father know about Chloe staying in the mansion?"

   "I don't need to tell him. Sooner or later he'll find out."

   Maura taught everything about the mansion to Chloe. She also told Scott about Chloe and Scott was surprised. He hadn't met the girl but he had a feeling that she was a nice girl based on what he heard from Maura.

"Maura, can I ask something?"

"What is it?"

"What type of a person is he?"

"Who? Greyson?" Chloe nodded.

Maura inhaled and exhaled. "Well, I've been working in this mansion since he was a baby. I watched him grow up; from a little boy to a good-looking man. He's actually a nice person but you know, men always want to look cool and tough." Chloe chuckled at that. Maura continued.

"He never got to see his mother because she died after giving birth to him." Maura paused and looked at Chloe. "Chloe, please bring him back to the right path. Show him the way."

Chloe gave a confused look to Maura. "What do you mean by that?"

"All this time of working in this mansion, I never saw Greyson brought any girls back home. No one has ever been in his bedroom, you're the first and the only girl that has ever stepped in there. Now he let you stay here with us."
