   "He just needs to rest and get enough sleep. His fever is nothing serious so if he takes the medication well it will go away soon. Other than that, he's fine." Both Alex and Chloe nodded at the doctor's explanation.

   After the doctor left, Alex looked at Chloe who was gazing at Greyson's sleeping face. "I think I better go now."

   Chloe looked up at Alex as he stood up. "Why so soon? At least wait until he's conscious."

   "I know you two still have a lot of things to say to each other so I wanna give more privacy so that you guys can... well, who knows what you two would do to make up to each other..." He said, smirking.

   "Oh, shut up. You and your dirty mind." Said Chloe, rolling her eyes. "Just go."

   "Oh, now you're shooing me away?"

   "Yes, because you're annoying."

   Alex chuckled. Then he walked to Chloe and kissed the top of her head before he spoke. "Take care. I'll see you soon and send my regards to him once he's awake."

   "Will do. Take care, Alex."

   Alex left the apartment, leaving Chloe once again with Greyson alone. Chloe smiled as she watched Greyson sleep. He really looked like a baby. So innocent, so pure. His cold, arrogant face was all gone. The colour of his face was no longer burning red as it eventually turned into his normal pale white skin, his cheeks turned rosy. Chloe smiled at the sight.

   "So cute."

   Chloe brought her hand to Greyson's face, caressing it with love.

   "I don't know why I fall for you. I'm such an idiot." She chuckled. "But I never regret anything, instead, I feel glad that I made you realize that love does exist."

   "I love you, Greyson. I'm gonna help you find your happiness that you actually deserve to have."

Chloe rested her head on the mattress, waiting for Greyson to come round. She tried to fight her sleepy eyes but failed as she fell asleep beside Greyson.

Greyson slowly opened his eyes. He hissed when the ray of sunlight that came through the window hit his face and made contact with his pupils. After a minute, Greyson realized that he was in an unfamiliar room.

"Where am I?"

He looked around the room, examining it for seconds before he noticed Chloe. She was sleeping with her arm as a pillow beside him.

Greyson came to a conclusion that he was actually in Chloe's bedroom. He smiled at the thought of Chloe letting him stay at her place, in her bed.

Greyson patted Chloe's head, softly stroking her hair. "Chloe..." He called, his deep raspy voice cracked. Greyson cleared his throat and called again. "Chloe..."

After a few attempts, Chloe finally lifted her head up, rubbing her eyes. She looked at Greyson. "Greyson, you're awake. Did you sleep well?"

"Yes, I did. Why did you sleep here? That surely hurts your neck."

"I was waiting for you to come round but I fell asleep."

   "How long have I been sleeping?"

   "For a day, I guess. You slept like a baby." Chloe chuckled as she saw Greyson's eyes widened. "You should take your medicine." Chloe stood up. "But first you must eat something." Before Greyson could say anything, Chloe left the room to the kitchen.

   15 minutes later, Chloe came back with a tray of food and some fruit. She placed the tray on the bed. Greyson who was leaning on the headboard took the tray and put it on his lap.
