Epilogue

   "I do."

   Greyson looked at Chloe as he said that, smiling brightly. And Chloe did the same when it was her turn.

   "I do."

   They were looking into each other's eyes, whilst listening to the priest.

"...and with the giving and receiving of rings..."

Greyson smiled at Chloe, patiently waiting for the priest to finish his words.

"...it is my pleasure to now pronounce them husband and wife."

Chloe smiled back as the priest said his last words.

   "You may now kiss the bride."

Greyson released Chloe's hands only to place his on her waist, closing the gap between them as he softly planted a kiss on her lips. Chloe rested her hands on Greyson's neck, tiptoeing herself a bit as they kissed. The kiss was sweet and full of love.

   Greyson pulled away first. "Save that for tonight." He whispered in Chloe's ear causing her to blush madly. As the audiences cheered for them, they couldn't help but grin at each other.

The sky had turned dark and everyone had already left the mansion. Alex stayed because he was part of the family now and he was so happy that the two finally got to be together.

"You're now officially a member of Chance family." Greyson said to Chloe. Chloe smiled at him as he kissed her temple.

Alex coughed. "Don't forget me here." That made Maura and Scott laughed.

"How can I forget you, Alex? If it wasn't you, we wouldn't be husband and wife now. Thanks to you I gotta be with your sister." Greyson put his arm around Chloe and pulled her closer.

Alex nodded. "Please take care of her, Greyson. She's the only family I have. I love her so much though we've only met after years."

Greyson furrowed his eyebrows. "What do you mean you guys have only met?" Greyson looked at Chloe and gave her a questioning look.

"I lived with grandma after our parents passed away. Alex had to leave me to find a job and when I reached 20, I decided to follow him but live separately. Alex agreed and he helped find a job for me. That's when we reunited again. Is that enough?"

Scott and Maura just listened in silence because they already knew. "I feel like I know nothing much about you." Greyson frowned.

"There's a lot of things you don't know about her and that's for you to explore, right Chloe?" Alex raised his eyebrow at Chloe. Chloe didn't respond but she secretly agreed with Alex.

Maura clapped her hands. "You know what? It's kind of late now and you two should go to bed."

Chloe glanced at the clock wall and looked at Maura again. "But it's only 9:15?"

   Alex faked a cough and stood up. "I think it's time for me to go. Greyson, my sister is yours now. I believe you can love and protect her more than I do."

   "Don't worry, Alex. She's gonna be safe as long as she's with me. Thanks, bro." Greyson brother hugged Alex before he let him go to Chloe.
