Author's note: I promise guys, I'll post an answer segment to all questions. But for now, let's continue with the story. Enjoy!

Underswap!Undyne POV:

I didn't understand what went wrong. Nothing seemed right, not from the very beginning, when the human fell into the underground. So how was it, that no matter what I tried to do to stop them, nothing was working? Were they truly that strong, what determined? I watched as Alphys fought them, even with the determination she had me inject into her... She was losing. Alphys, the strongest member of the Royal Guard, everyone's hero, was losing. I couldn't take it, why was this happening?!

Don't turn around. Just listen.

I instinctively froze, I thought at first that another human had somehow snuck in when I least expected it. "A-are you here to k-kill me too..?"

I'm not what you think I am. I refuse to hurt anyone.

I let out a shaky breath, my nerves were all over the place. "What...what are you?"

Cloak.

My eyes widened. There was no way, it was impossible, right? "I won't believe you unless I can see you."

Fair enough. I just didn't want you to turn around when you were so afraid before.

Taking a deep breath, I prepared myself before turning around. It was him alright, but it was like he was a ghost. It's hard to explain, he was there and he wasn't there at the same time. "How..?" I asked, but instead of answering he shook his head.

There's no time. Head down to the lab and activate the machine. You know which one. I'm giving you my permission.

"But you'll really-!"

I'm already gone. That's why there's no time. You have to make the jump, warn everyone else in other timelines. I believed you could do this before, I believed in your theory about other worlds on different timelines, and I believe in you now. I'm ready to make this sacrifice to save everyone here.

"But...but I..."

I know you can do this. Alphys is fighting to give us this chance. Please, Undyne.

With a nod, I quickly ran into the elevator, barely standing still as it made its way slowly down to the First Laboratory. The lab I built myself before the True Laboratory of the Amalgamates. It was housing only one machine, one I built to save a friend.

He was still there...but whatever version of him I saw was right, his body was already beginning to fade. Cursing to myself, I started to activate the machine, I couldn't look inside anymore. Slowly but surely, it began to emit a bright light, one that grew larger and larger. "Please let this work.." I begged, closing my eyes as the light engulfed me.
