Weeks have passed since Gerard has come home. He has been attending almost every support group session, some days when he has to go he wouldn't move an inch from the bed making it impossible for me to move him off the bed since I'm a literal small smurf. Gerard's hesitation towards human interaction has gotten much better, I mean we can kiss now with him looking frighten, Like I would hurt him. It would break my heart if I ever did. Gerard had even told me everything that Bert had done to him which I was explain now since it literally makes me sick thinking about it.
Today Gerard agreed to going out down town to see Mikey, since Mikey wanted to talk Gerard, they haven't really talked after what happen, they only talked over text since Mikey asked me to give Gerard his number. I guess things are still touchy between those two but I'm glad they're talking again.
Looking around the loft Gerard was currently working on a painting for his exhibition that is very growing rather close in time. I watch as his eyes fixated on the colours covering his pallet before dipping his paint brush in the red, smearing it onto the canvas before spreading it out softly with his paint brush. I moved around to quietly stand behind him gazing at the master piece. The painting had a male who was leaning backwards as a array of red and orange smears of paint escaping from his chest like fire. It was so beautiful. The males hands were black with lines of red and orange, it looked like his hands were cracking and fire was escaping from them too.
"You like it?" He turned around making me giggle since he managed to get red paint in his cheek, probably from scratching it without thinking. Smiling I stepped forward kissing him softly.
"I love it" He beamed from my statement before turning back around in his chair. Hugging him from behind I went over to the bed sitting down to pull my combat boots on. Lacing my boots up Gerard peered over to me raising an eyebrow.
"Mikey is still expecting us" I finished my boots seeing him nod before placing everything down on his desk, standing up before wiping his hand on a damp cloth, getting the paint off his snow white hands.
He walked over grabbing his boots, slipping them on before lacing them up but I noticed he still had paint on his cheek so I licked my thumb before swiping it across his cheek making him flinch.
"You have paint" I showed him my name red tinted thumb seeing him make an 'ah' face before standing up running a hand through his now shorter hair since I had convinced him to snip his longish hair off but he said he'd only do it if my long hair went so I had to cut mine off but not to short enough so it was still fluffy.
Jogging over I grabbed the keys from the counter before meeting him out in the elevator locking the loft up. As the elevator dropped us the the bottom, leaving the building we were greeted with a gush of wind making me shiver violently, instantly leaning into Gerard's side where he wrapped an arm around my waist kissing my cheek.
"Where are we meeting him?"
"Mint cafe" He nodded as we made our way down town, not bothering using the car since it wasn't that far away. What Gerard didn't know was that Mikey was brining Pete to meet Gerard, hopefully they get along since it would crush Mikey and I doubt Mikey would give Pete up for Gerard happiness since Mikey looks at Pete like he's some sort of god which is sickly adorable.

Entering the cafe was a big relief since I was frozen to the bone, feeling the instant gush of warmth hitting my face instantly made me feel happier and I think it made Gerard happier since he smiled as soon as we entered but that was probably he was close to getting his dose of caffeine since we're out at home.
My eyes flicked around the room until a familiar pair of glasses caught my eyes. Mikey was sitting at a booth with Pete beside his side smiling at him which made Mikey smile. It was so fucking adorable but Gerard raised an eyebrow as to why I was smiling at them since he had no clue who Pete was.
