Chapter 8

Deliah POV

Jc and Connor had to go they didn't say what but Jc is with Connor and I trust him so it's all good. I realize I haven't gone to my house in like 3 days and I just wore Jc's clothes. So I went home and took a shower and fixed my hair ya know all that girl stuff! I pick out some clothes and then I get a text. From Ricky- "Hey! since the boys are gone and Kian's out with his new girl friend. Maybe we should hang out or something." Rickey is a nice friend to have around and I really hate being alone "Sure sounds fun! Just come over." Ricky comes into the house "Hey!" "Hey Ricky by the way I never thanked you for driving me home the other night." "No problem. let's watch a movie." We sit on the couch and watch the movie the movie ends and we just end up talking. I'm still just wondering what Jc and Connor up to.

Jc POV

I had to take Connor with me to look for an apartment. Just so deliah wouldn't worry about me. I know it's soon but deliah and I have been staying back and forth at each other's houses for weeks. Also the apartment paperwork and stuff wouldn't be done for at least another month. "What are you looking for sir." the man at the desk in the apartment building asks. "I'm looking for an apartment to rent." I say "You can make an appointment to look at some apartments on the sheet over there." he says as he points to a pile of papers on the desk I make an appointment and Connor and I leave "Can we go eat man I'm starving!" Connor asks "Sure I'm kinda hungry too Panera?" I ask "Sure." Connor says we go into Panera and eat and go back to the house. I get a call from deliah. "Hey babe what's up?". "I just called to tell you that I'm not coming over tonight." "Ok cool I'm busy with some stuff tomorrow to..." "That's fine baby I get it love you bye!" she hangs up why did she not want to come over? Girls night maybe because Hannah wasn't at our house ether I decide to go to bed early crawling into bed I already miss deliah in my arms.

~~A couple weeks later~~

Deliah POV

These pass few weeks I had become really close to Ricky. Jc had been gone a lot with all the adoption stuff and his recent outings with Connor and Hannah gone to visit her family in Florida I had been spending lots of time with ricky. I get a text from Jc "See you soon babe ready to go meet some family's thought you would want to come." "See you in a bit." I text back. Ricky and I are just sitting on my bed talking "Deliah umm can I tell you something?" Ricky asks "Sure anything!" I say just then Ricky leans in and kisses me. "RICKY!" I scream " What the fuck was that!". "I'm I'm sorry I don't know what I was thinking I just really like you and I know your with Jc but...." I cut him off "Get out of my house Ricky." I say firmly "FINE!" he shouts he punches my door and leaves a hole. Great but what makes me more afraid is what am I going to tell Jc.

I get ready and then there's a knock at the door I quickly run to it and there's Jc. "Let's go! were already late!". So much for telling him about Ricky right away. I decided it would be best if I didn't tell him until after we met the family's. We get to the agency and meet a few family's then one comes in that I can tell Jc likes they talk for about an hour before Jc says "I think you are just what were looking for!" Jc was right these people were nice and compassionate and seems very capable of taking care of a child. They get out the paper work they diced that the couple will get to take baby Sydney home in about 2 days. I know I should be happy but I'm not. We get to an apartment building I've never seen before. "Why are we here Jc?" "You will see in minute!" he smiles I follow him up to the 4th floor we get out of the elevator. We go to room 405 and Jc pulls out a key and unlocks the door. "Welcome to our new apartment!" Jc says he bought us an apartment yes I'm happy but he won't be after I tell him what happened. "It's great! I love it but we need to talk." "I knew you would love it! and umm sure we can talk I guess." we sit down on the new couch I'm guessing Jc bought. "What did you want to talk about?" he asks well it's now or never "Ricky Kissed me." His face changes from happy to pure anger in just a second.

Jc POV

"Ricky kissed me." she says I'm going to kill that boy I though he was my friend. Not anymore. Instead of getting mad and punching something like I wanted to I calmly said "What happened exactly?" "Well we were just hanging out then he asked I he could tell me something me thinking it was a secret or something I said yes then he kissed me I backed up almost instantly and yelled at him then he tried to explain that basically he likes me and that I should dump you and go out with him so I told him to get out and he punched my door and left." Now I was real going to kill him " I'm going to-" I was cut of by deliah kissing me. "If you love me you will let it go and just stay here with me."

Of course I love her and that's why I have to go kick Ricky's ass but deliah gave me that look you know the look. I decide to let It go for now but the next time I see him I'm not sure deliah can stop me from doing something. "Ok fine" I show her the rest of the apartment which is really nice it has 1 really big master bedroom with 2 closets and a king size bed. "It only has one bathroom and one shower. guess were going to have to shower together huh you know to save water." I say she laughs and rolls her eyes there is one more room but it just an office then a basic kitchen with a bar instead of a dinning table and living room with a couch. "What no tv?" she asks "I'm planing on getting one but I was going to let you decorate and we can pick out a tv and all that stuff together." "Sounds great but can we try out that bed I'm tired!" "Sure I say" I pick her up and carry her into our room "Put me down!!" She yells "Ok whatever you say I throw her on the bed. I go to my closet because I've already moved all my stuff into the apartment I throw her one of my big tee-shirts to sleep in. I take my pants and shirt so I'm just in my boxers I turn around and she already changed. "That's what your sleeping in?" she asks looking surprised "It's what I usually sleep in is that a problem." I ask raising one of my eye brows "No not at all" she smiles I crawl into the bed and pull deliah close to me. I can already tell I'm going to love living with her.
