CHAPTER SIX: TRUTH
"Do you trust me?" I asked him seriously, staring straight at his eyes. We were about three inches away from each other. I'm trying my best to keep a poker face and not laugh at his face.
"N-yeah?" he answered hesitantly.
"Neigh? What are you? A horse?" I snorted. "It's a yes or no question! Yes or no."
"Fine!" he said backing away from me making our distance a lot farther than earlier. "Fine, I trust you"
"Good." I mischievously said. I gave him the cup and he eyed it warily. He slowly drank it, staring at me the whole time while I smirked. His eyes widened and threw the cup, trying to get the liquor out of his system.
Confused? Let's rewind from two hours earlier...
I was on the way to the parking lot when someone tapped my shoulder. I spun around to see Reece, he looked so mad. I gave him a confused look and opened my mouth to speak but he spoke first than me.
"Have you seen Liv?!" He whisper-shouted. Wait. Liv? Is she in trouble? Is she safe? What did she do? Where did—
"HEY! AUBREY THIS IS NO TIME TO JOKE AROUND!" He snapped at me which made me flinch a bit. He's really scary when he's mad. Yay! Let's play with him. Aubrey style.
"Library there not but field there thee. Where the greens are grass and the—"
"Shut. The. Fuck. Up." He said angrily.
"What did thou Liv do such to make little Blossom mad?" I cooed.
"Blossom? What the— never mind. Yes or no. Do you know where she is and stop playing games with me?" I sighed. Might as well help him right?
"Tell me what she did first" I said raising a finger. "Then I shall tell you where thee"
"Shegavemeabaldspot" he muttered one gigantic word.
"Wha?" I asked tilting my head to the right. He didn't say anything, instead, all he did was remove his beanie which showed a huge bald spot in the middle of his scalp. Wow...
"How about I won't tell you where she is—" he opened his mouth to protest but I raised my finger. "But how about, get even with her! Don't yell at her for doing this to you but instead, get even. Shave her eyebrows and eyelashes. She's going to freak."
His face lit up at the idea and he turned his frown upside down. He opened his mouth to say something but it closed again. He did this multiple times and he's starting to look like a fish. "Listen here fishboy—" I said snickering while he glared at me. "Since I gave you this incredible idea, the only fair thing to do is to do something for me in return." Before he can say anything I continued to speak. "You do the prank and it is one hundred percent your fault at whatever she does. It was your idea. Your plan. I did not know about this. You never spoke to me. Got it?" He nodded and sighed.
He walked away towards his car. Before he got in, he turned around and locked eyes with mine. He smirked and mouthed "No thank you". Ohh that bastard. He's going to blame everything on me!
I groaned knowing that the second Reece shaves her eyebrows, he's going to tell on me. He's going to blame EVERYTHING on me! Great.
I got in the car and started the engine. Before I could leave, someone tapped on the window. I open the window to see Blake standing there, smiling. "Hey?" I said but it turned out being a question.
"It's Thursday! Tutor day! Remember?" He exclaimed. Oh yeah! I agreed to tutor him for Pre-Cal... And it turns out that today is Thursday. Tutor day.
