"It's cause he's so cute!" I gush, staring at the ceiling. She chuckles and shakes her head at me. "If he's so cute, just ask him out." My eyes widen and I quickly shake my head. "No. Danger. Approach him I must never." I say the way Yoda would. She giggles. "You just said he was cute."

"Asking him out makes this a bad thing."

"How?"

"If he says no, I'll be left with a broken heart, become emo and get pregnant for trying fuck other guys to forget about him." Jaehyun snorts. "Quite a story you got there, Tae." I poke my tongue out and continue writing the essay I was currently working on before that small daydream. A few minutes of silence pass between Jae and I when it's corrupted by the one person that makes my heart beat harshly against my chest. His laugh stands out over the others, deep voice absorbed by my veins. I don't have to turn around to know whom it is. "We go?" Jae sighs, shutting her laptop when she notices my wide eyes and zoned out appearance. I slowly nod. I place my things in my backpack quickly, slinging it over my shoulder. I tug Jaehyun by the hand and try to make it out the door when the other voice that makes me wish I can disappear, speaks. "TaeLyn!" I stop in my tracks and inwardly wince at Jungkook's voice. Jaehyun looks behind us and smirks, whistling lowly. "Why does your brother look so hot today?"Jae whispers, causing me to snap my head to her with a scowl. She catches my annoyance and shrugs smugly, not caring about how much I can't stand that little shit. An arm wraps around my shoulder and tugs me towards their body, his head against mine. "Noona! You drive the boys and I to Seoul this weekend?" I close my eyes and breath out, wishing I would've made it out the door to avoid this kind of situation. I open my eyes and push him away, hitting his abdomen. "Please?" I glare.

"I'm only 5 minutes older than you-"

"Five minutes and 37 seconds to be precise." I scowl, raise my arm and smack him upside the head. "Noona—"

"Yah! Stop calling me noona. You make me feel old. Why don't you just ask Eomma?"

"You know he'll be out with Appa to grandma's this weekend. Besides, I already asked Appa and he said if it was okay with you, you could drive us?"

"Jeon..."

"Taeeeeeee..." I groan. "Why me... don't any of your friends know how to drive?" I whine.

"Not properly."

Jungkook gives me a puppy face and I sigh. "I'll think about it." He smiles wide and hugs me. "Thanks, baby sis. See you at home." I roll my eyes as he walks away. Jae's eyes linger on my brother, moving upward and downward till she blushes. "Why do you guys have such big thighs? I mean, your thighs are so nice and pretty. Jungkook's are—"

"Don't you dare talk about my brother's thighs in front of me." Jaehyun laughs, slinging her arm through mine. "I would never." I hum. "Just ask out my brother since we were on the subject." She snorts.

"You want me to ask out your brother when you're disgusted to hear me talking about him?"

"Not about him, just his body, specifically." I grew up with that thing I call a brother. I don't need to know how beautiful he is. Jaehyun chuckles and drags me to our next class. "You know he was staring at you, right?" She say, talking about Taehyung. I could feel him behind me. "All curious eyes." I scoff. "Really? I could've sworn Jimin was glaring at me." she smacks me and takes out a notebook. "He was, but Tae-" I lift a finger and hold it up to Jae's lips, shushing her. Her eyes widen then glare at me with an are you serious? look. She shoves my hand away then smacks me. "Never say his name."

"You act as if he's forbidden, TaeLyn."

"He is," I mumble to myself. The teacher walks in and begins to hand out a paper. Taehyung strolls in at last minute with wide eyes, flushed cheeks and shortage of breath. He runs a hand through his hair as the teacher approaches him with a stern glare. I quickly look away as he bows and begins to walk to his seat.

His seat beside me.

"Appa!" Jin smirks at his husband as he washes dishes. "Please tell me she's calling you." Jin laughs at his husband. "You know they don't call me that." Namjoon closes his eyes and winces as the front door slams and his angry daughter walks into the room with a glare. He puts on the most innocent smile he can muster and looks at TaeLyn.  "Why did you tell Jeon I'd drive him to Seoul?" Namjoon tries to play the clueless act, but TaeLyn looks right past her father's lies. "Tae-"

"Appa," I trail off. He sighs and TaeLyn groans, her father's reaction confirming her thoughts. "You know he's taking his annoying friends, right?" Jin smirks and dries his hands on a towel. He steps towards his husband and wraps his arms around Namjoon's waist. "Not all of them are annoying, are they?" Jin's smirk causes a crimson blush to creep on his daughter's cheeks. "Eomma!" He laughs. "You're making too much of a big deal out of this, honey. It's just for the weekend."

"Yeah, but..." She huffs and sets her bag on the table. TaeLyn steps closer to her parents and sits on the counter. "Jaehyun and I were supposed to binge watch our dramas. We haven't done that in forever."

"It's just until Jungkook passes his driver's test." Taelyn gives her parents a deadpanned look. "Have faith in Kookie, Tae." Jin says softly, running a hand through her hair to straighten the frizz caused by her frustration. "Do I have to?" But she doesn't bother looking at her parents. She knows she must. "Look at the brightside, Jungkook pledged to do all your chores and cater to your binge watching next week." TaeLyn's lips twitch.

"That I did what?" Jungkook exclaims as he walks into his home. Taelyn lifts her head to look at her befuddled twin brother. "Kookie!"  TaeLyn smiles, jumping off the counter and running towards her brother. She catches Jungkook off-guard and jumps on him, clinging to his limbs like a monkey. "Did I ever tell you how much I love you?" An annoyed Jungkook tries to push off his sister while speaking to his parents but fails. "Why do I have to be her slave?" A baby's cry echoes through the hall and alerts Jin's ears. Walking past his son, Jin pats Jungkook's shoulder. "Because she's your chauffeur. Hello, Taehyung." Taehyung removes his eyes from the amusing picture and bows respectfully at his best friend's dad's. TaeLyn tenses at the sound of his voice as he greets and sneers at Jungkook, who smirks in return. "I brought a friend home, did I mention?"

"Jeon," TaeLyn lowly growls, ending her brother's smirk with her nails digging into his neck she's latched on. She quickly jumps off and runs away to the safety of her room, away from Jungkook and hiding her embarrassment.
