IN MEMORY OF HANSUNG: BEAUTIFUL BABY

IF YA'LL SEEN THE RECENT EPISODE,

PLEASE CRY WITH ME

Jaehyun hadn't talked to me the whole entire week. Either she didn't want to or Taehyung wouldn't leave me alone for one minute. He was with me almost every minute of the day, besides when he'd come over to play with Jungkook. I found it strange. He ignored me for two weeks then all of a sudden he wouldn't let me out of his sight. It's not that I didn't like this clingy side of Taehyung, I just wondered why now.

Back to Jaehyun.

She's standing in my room right now on a Friday night. Jungkook let her in. She has a scowl on her face. "Why haven't you talked to me?" I don't know why, but I was annoyed. It didn't matter last week so why now? After a two weeks of not speaking to her, she finally approaches me. "I've called and texted—"

"Don't lie, Moon Jaehyun." I whisper, not having the energy to speak. I slowly look away from my fiddling hands. "Don't lie to me," I calmly say. She stays quiet and doesn't deny it. "Do you even care about me, Jae?" I turn off the TV I was currently watching.

Jaehyun gasps at the words. She found it strange how someone who's told her everything, hasn't spoken a word in weeks. TaeLyn wasn't mad at Jaehyun about Ah Ro anymore. She just wanted to know why. Why would Jae not tell her about Ah Ro. TaeLyn knew she was the outcast of their grip. She accepted because she didn't want to be around boys all the time. Didn't want to be friendless. "Why would you—"

"Why didn't you tell me about Ah Ro?" Jaehyun pales. Guilt rises in her chest for a short second before she pushes it down. " Why did you tell her about Jimin?" TaeLyn was sad enough to cry. She was hurt. "That was supposed to be between us. And you went off to tell someone else. Someone who wouldn't allow us to help. Someone who—"

Jae had enough with the little act she was putting up. "Don't talk about her like you know her." She snapped. TaeLyn didn't flinch. She wasn't even surprised. This was what she wanted to see. "You don't know the things she went through. You never took the time to know her—"

"Cause she didn't let me!" TaeLyn exclaimed, the pain in her gut and fire in her chest making it impossible to keep a straight face. "I tried so hard to get close to her like she did with you. I tried to include myself in everything you did." Jaehyun's faced remained immobile. She had become slightly annoyed. "We've been friends for years and I feel like I don't even know you." She took a deep breath and ran a hand through her hair. "You think I don't know that you became my friend just to be close my brother and his friends?" This took Jae by surprises. "You think I don't know you and Ah Ro would go to the movies together and tell me you were busy?" Tae laughed bitterly. "So fucking obvious."

It was quiet. "Why hold on to being my friend so long just to be close to my brother? Are you that desperate that you're not willing to grow some balls and talk to them instead of using me?" Jaehyun scoffed, the anger inside her unleashing. "Are you that much of a slut to lean on your brother's friends as if they were your own? Dressing like a prostitute just to get their attention? Do you know how long Ah Ro and I have grown tired of living in your shadow?" Little did Jaehyun know, The boys didn't see TaeLyn the way she thought. Maybe Jimin had a slip up and Taehyung's intentions are wrong, but they thought of her as a sister.

They cared for her like Hoseok and Jungkook did. Neither did TaeLyn know this, but she felt like they're affection towards her was mainly brotherly. Before Jaehyun and Ah Ro came along, TaeLyn didn't have many friends and hung out with them. They didn't trust Jaehyun and Ah Ro, already knowing their intentions. They'd seen things and noticed that she wasn't wanted but didn't dare tell her anything. When they knew she shouldn't be around them, they'd distract her on instinct. They all had experienced Jaehyun and Ah Ro's seductive personality but had none of it. They disgusted her. Only two had fallen into the trap, one they didn't know of and the other had a child. Jimin doesn't know his friends have this knowledge, but you'd have to be stupid not to.

"My shadow! You think you're the one living under my shadow?" Tae laughs bitterly. "Be selfish, why don't you?" I'm the one living under the dark shadow you have created. You're the one going to parties and the cinema with a group of friends. I'm just friend you bring along to have as the happy help." Jaehyun rarely asked her out to places. If she did, TaeLyn carried someone's purse or ended up paying for the meal. If it was shopping, TaeLyn held clothes someone wanted to try on. She knew she was pathetic for having put up with such neglect. "I'm the lost puppy that follows around a random stranger that just petted them out of pity."

"You're the bitch that fucks around with every dog. Who would pity such whore—" I had enough with her badmouthing me as if I'm at fault here. Maybe I played a small part in all this mess but she was the fake one here.

I swung my arm and let my hand collide with her. Jae gasped, becoming infuriated with me. She yells and pushes me harshly, almost losing my balance. An angry tear slips past my cheek as she attempts to slap me back, settling on my hair. I screech when she pulls at it, yelling profanities that only hurt me more. "You fucking bitch! First your fucking jimin and now Taehyung. Do you fuck with all your brother's friends and—"

"TaeLyn!" I hear Jungkook exclaim as he slowly opens the door only to Jaehyun and I pulling each other's roots. Taehyung follows closely behind and lets his eyes widen at the sight. Between the both of them, they pull us apart. Taehyung untangles Jaehyun's fingers from my hair and Jungkook struggles to hold me back when I release her fringe, where my fingers harshly pulled.

Jaehyun's eyes have become thickly rimmed with black eyelines, smudged to the maximum. She has a scratch across her cheekbone and a visible mark on the opposite of her from my hand. I can feel a section of my head throbbing and three points of pin-like pain under my chin from her nails digging into my skin. Jungkook tries to look at my face but I jerk away, hair falling onto my face. "Let me go! This fucking bi—"

"Get out, Jaehyun." Taehyung huskily whispers, anger in his voice as he grabs her by the arm. Her glare escaped from me, landing on Taehyung then vanishing. Her tight lips part and eyes droop hastily, disbelief clear in her eyes. Taehyung turns his head to me, that angered expression by a soft, concerned one. "You okay?" I don't answer. His stare has me paralyzed as his beautiful eyes twinkle with the light inside my room. I look away, a light blush covering my cheeks. "You—" she begins again, but Jungkook cuts her off with a loud, booming voice you don't hear often.

"GET. OUT."
