"JEONGGUK..." Taehyung stands up slowly, grabbing onto the ledge tightly, the wind blowing softly. "It's all my fault, Tae," He says in a soft whisper, his chest constricting as he's overcome with emotions. "Ever since we were little, I made it all about me." Taehyung shakes his head slowly, "Gguk, it's not—"

"I saw how bad she was to my sister and yet... I was staring at her beneath me, breathless and a total mess in almost nothing— I-I broke." He slowly moved his foot closer to the edge, shivering as he steps on his left foot. Taehyung's heart spiked up in fear, pain leaving his heart in palpitations. "Jeongguk, It's not your fault. She did it to me too." At this, Jeongguk turned to his best friend in shock. His eyebrows furrowed and the tears that had begun to fall, vanished. "We were at your birthday sleepover and when everyone fell asleep, she felt me up and..." Taehyung sighed, looking away momentarily as the image of that night came in flashes. Before he could finish, Jeongguk nodded, understanding his friend. "The first you never told me about." Something Taehyung would mention but left the name a blank in his memory.

"I didn't want to. She felt me up and just... did stuff. Then she dragged me to a room, and we did it." It was not a bad experience but definitely not the best.

"Did you like it?" It was an unusual question Taehyung didn't expect. Taehyung thought about it for a second, trying to recall the moment clearly. "No, I didn't." It was a horrifying experience to see someone like her, at that age, do him as if she did it for a living. "Was it pleasurable? I admit, yes, but that was my body." Jeongguk didn't know why but he needed to know more. Was it better for Taehyung than it was for him? There had to have been a reason she went to him first. "That morning, I found a condom wrapper missing from the box my brother bought me... it was you and her, wasn't it?" Taehyung nodded. "I don't know how, but she knew you had them there. I didn't even know Hoseok had bought you condoms."

"Yesterday when you asked if I'd always be your friend, you asked me because of all that was to come... Jaehyun and you with AhRo, cheating on my sister while you were sleeping with her, lying to me." He expected Jeongguk to yell at him. He wished he had.

As Jeongguk lifted a foot off the ledge, hovering over the ground that was 8 floors beneath him, he held up a hand and said, "take care of her, tae."

Jimin was barely standing but he couldn't take his eyes off TaeLyn. There was a tube taped to her mouth, a breathing monitor helping the air run through her lungs. The heart monitor was music to his ears and he prayed that it kept playing so his friend can get off the bed and out of this situation. "Googie..." a small voice called as he trotted to a group of unfamiliar beings, finding Jimin the only trustworthy adult. Jimin couldn't find it in himself to dislike the kid... it wasn't his fault. He also looked a lot like Jeongguk, now that Jimin knew the truth. All that ran through his head was Jeongguk in his red jacket holding a corndog in that one baby picture. "Yoongi," the exhausted teenager called to his brother. The boy stood from beside Hoseok. "Let's go look for Jeongguk and Taehyung." He turned to YooJung as he picked him up from the ground, "Let's go find Googie." First, they took the elevators then asked around for Jeongguk and Taehyung, taking the stairs for the roof. Yoongi had gone ahead and upon opening the door, he saw Jeongguk jump off the edge.

"JEONGGUK!" Yoongi ran just as he took a step off and his body followed.

Taehyung heard the voice but didn't think about it as he reached quickly for his best friends hand, barely grasping it. Yoongi couldn't manage to catch anything but Taehyung's body, that was at risk from falling off the roof. "Yoongi!" Jimin called, nearing the door to the roof. "JIMIN STAY THERE!" Jimin worried for the tone in his voice and the grunts that followed. "Is everything okay?!"

"JIMIN PLEASE STAY THERE, DON'T COME HERE!"

"JEONGGUK WHAT ARE YOU DOING? ARE YOU INSANE?" Yoongi yelled down at his friend that dangled off the roof. "Maybe I am, hyung," he calmly replied as he looked up at the stars. "I fucked up my sister's life for too long."

"Jeongguk, TaeLyn needs you. You can't just leave her like this."

"Maybe I'll see her up there." He whispered. Taehyung kept crying, the warm tears hitting Jeongguk's face. "Gguk, please," he sobbed as his chest shook and the blood in his body traveled to his head. With two hands, he grasped Jeongguk's hand. "Please don't do this, Gguk, please." Jeongguk heard the pain in his words and he smiled softly. "It's okay, TaeTae, don't cry." The boy who's mind raced with peaceful thoughts of reuniting with his sister in the heavens where everything will be okay and they wouldn't remember the differenced that took place down on earth. "Take care of her, Taehyung. If she lives." Jeongguk swung his arm and lay his handover Taehyung's. "Treat her as she should be treated but let her go. Let her find a man she deserves and live a happily ever after. When I land on the concrete floor, tell my parents to use my lungs for my sister." Tears began to form on Jeongguk's face. "I want you to be happy, Tae. Don't let the past events keep you down and be happy." He patted Taehyung's hand and began to unwind his fingers. Tae gasped and shook his head rapidly, knowing what Jeongguk was doing. "Jeongguk, no, stop—"

"Yoongi-hyung!" He screamed as he worked against the grip Taehyung had on his hand. "You knew a lot of things, didn't you?" he chuckled as Taehyung continued to fight against Jeongguk's attempt, slightly loosing his grip. "Jeongguk, I'm sorry." He croaked. "There's a lot I didn't say and I'm sorry. I thought—"

"You thought well, hyung," he grunted as he finally managed to let a bit of Tae's grip off his hand. "JEONGGUK PLEASE STOP! WE NEED YOU! THERES NO US WITHOUT YOU!" Taehyung screamed in agony as the grip he hand weakened more with every struggle. "I can't hold on anymore, please come up so we can talk about this," he sobbed. "I can't do this without you, gguk. You can't just leave after everything we've done. We have roads to patch up, memories to build. Are you really gonna make our last memory of you be your body splattered on the ground, us screaming at each other like this? I can't let you do that," he whispered. Taehyung yelled and Jimin had enough of the anticipation. "You have to let go, Tae—"

"Googie!" a kid called from the door where Jimin held him, covering his eyes from the sight infront of him. "J-Jeongguk—"

With a scream, Taehyung lifted Jeongguk with all his strength and yelled at Yoongi to pull him up. They landed on the ground with a thud.

"You're not leaving me, you asshole," Taehyung sobbed holding his best friend tight. "We both are going to pay for our mistakes and will spend the rest of our lives making it up to your sister because she deserves it, you got that?" Jeongguk was breathless against Taehyung's chest. "Yes."

It was silent for a while, Jimin was shivering from shock, Yoongi was lying on the floor and YooJung had ran to jump on Googie. "Can I just say something?" nobody said a word.

"Can Ijust say that I've never felt so alive..." He chuckles, before Yoongi sits up andsmacks his head. "You better fucking feel alive or I'll kill you right now."Everyone laughs, besides Jimin. "HOW CAN YOU LAUGH WHEN JEONGGUK'S DUMBASSALMOST BECAME FUCKING PUDDY DOWN THERE!" Jimin's outburst caused everyone tolaugh more. "JEON JEONGGUK YOU PIECE OF SHIT WHY WOULD YOU DO SUCH A THING YOUFUCKING DICK OH MY GOD!" Jimin began tosob, crouching down and hiding his face into the fabric of his sweater.
