"Hey baby." I said when David opened the door.

I stood in the doorway with my trench coat open. All I had under the coat was my matching red lace bra and panty set and my black thigh high boots.

"Umm Hannah, have you talked to your parents today?" David asked.

I looked at him with one eyebrow raised getting annoyed that he wasn't excited to see me standing there showing him what I was showing him.

"David, are you serious? I'm standing here with my bra and panties on trying to have sex with you and you're talking about my parents? Clearly, I don't want to have sex with them. I want you. Right now. At this very moment, so let's go." I commanded pushing past him into the house towards his bedroom.

"Well hello, Hannah. Nice outfit you have there." My mom said

I hurried and closed my coat when I saw my parents sitting on the couch. I was so shocked to see my parents. I knew that it was time for our annual beach trip for the summer but I wasn't expecting them to be here in David's house. I waved and then headed towards the bedroom when mama, my mother's mom came walking out of the restroom.

"Oh my... what a way to celebrate the summer time. Might want to cover up though princess. You have guest. We wanted to surprise you but look at you... surprising us." Mama said before laughing with my parents.

"Would you excuse us for a minute?" I said grabbing Davids hand and leading the way to his room.

We got in his room and both just looked at each other.

"What the hell Hannah." He said pointing to my outfit.

"How was I supposed to know my family was over here? I would be saying the same thing to you. You could've told me." I said raising my voice.

"I told you to come over." David said raising his voice to equal my tone.

"Which any other day... David means, "come over babe. I want you." Just forget it. Can you give me a shirt to put on please?" I asked before taking off the trench coat and boots.

"You don't have any pajamas over here?" He asked handing me a large shirt.

"No. Just the silk shorts and shirts. I don't sleep in clothes and you know that." I said snatching the shirt and going in the bathroom.

David left the room and went back in the living room to entertain my family.

I finally got done getting myself together and joined everyone else.

"Hey guys." I said greeting them all and standing by David.

"Hey honey." My mom said coming to hug me. "We didn't mean to surprise you like this and cramp your style"

"Mom, you're not cramping my style. It's Friday. We just usually spend Friday nights with each other. I knew y'all would be in town just wasn't expecting you to be over here. Sorry." I said

"It's ok baby girl. I think your mom and I used to celebrate the weekend and week days the same way." My dad said kissing my mom on her forehead.

"Knock knock." Lanea said walking in the house followed by Ashlynn and Ashton.

"Hey punk. You know you can start sending me money whenever you want." He said standing close to me.

"You wish. Get a job fool." I said pushing him. "Ummm. Hello Ashlynn. Nice to see you too." I said snatching her phone to get her attention.

"Hey Han." She said giving me a hug.

Ashlynn and Ashton were going into their senior year in high school and leaving for college soon. We were all still pretty close. Granted, Ashlynn reached out to me more than Ashton did, he just thought he was grown and too cool to talk to his big sister all the time. Raven and I were still almost inseparable. She finally stopped chasing after little dumb boys and studied her last 3yrs of college abroad working with less fortunate kids. I moved out of our shared apartment and into my own townhome in the city instead of moving in with David right after graduation. I enjoyed having my own space. Most nights, I stayed with David so that I didn't have to commute all the time, to and from work. Of course, my mommy and I were still super close and talked every day like she did with mama. Mama and pops moved out of the guest house of my parent's house and into a cute house in the city of Los Angeles. I started editing books and magazine columns. It was very seldom that I went to the office and could make my own hours which was amazing for me. Just a little about what has happened over the years.
