Chapter Eight: Mangekyo

"M-Madara..." Was the only word that could tumble out of her mouth. He held her within his grasp. "It seems as though my sudden appearance here has intrigued you." He notes, before she struggles. "Let me go!" She then sends chakra to her fists to punch her way away. "I wouldn't do that, Sakura Haruno. I'd suggest you remain calm." He slyly smirks before he jumps away from the battlefield, Kakashi sees, and his eyes widen, seeing the unbelievable. "Impossible!" He growls as Obito smiles with pride. "Do you like my Mentor? Too late, you can't save her now!"

Kakashi growls as he knows he had to restrict Obito before reaching Sakura. Clones wouldn't work in this situation. He needed his chakra in order to stop Madara. "Kyaaa!" Sakura gasps as suddenly, she whimpers, Madara raising her up, carrying her up to the air. "It's alright Sakura, you'll love this life with me so much better! The Akatsuki shall treat you well!" He laughs like a maniac before chidori strikes through him. "Chidori Stream!" Madara loses his hold on Sakura as she falls down endlessly, before she is swooped into someone's arms. "Sakura." His voice speaks as he doesn't let go.

Her eyes widen as it takes time to take in his appearance. His pitch black raven hair that is spiky. His eyes, from a charcoal black to a bright bloody crimson red with black swirls, his clothes, similar to the one of their first reunion, only he had a black shirt. "S-Sasuke!" She finally got to see him, be by his side and love him all over again. He was the one to save her from the clutches of the Uchiha King. "Did he hurt you?" Sasuke asks, running forward as Sakura shakes her head. "No he didn't."

"Oh, by the way, Happy Birthday again." He says softly as Sakura then turns red. "S-Sasuke! You remembered!" She says as she wraps her arms around his neck. "Hn." He slightly smirks as a blue massive figure appears, throwing his massive blue sword down to block Sasuke and Sakura's path. "Where do you think you're going, pathetic Uchiha boy! Give me my Blossom Princess back..." Madara growls as Sasuke doesn't let go of Sakura, and then activates his eyes a tad further before letting his purple susanoo wrap around the two of them. "Sakura, stay behind me, I don't want you hurt."

"S-Sasuke..." She blushes as Sasuke gets into a battle position. "And I'm sorry for not coming sooner." He says as with every movement Sasuke does, Susanoo does. The two susanoos battle it out as Kakashi then swiftly shifts with Sasuke and Sakura, strong power from within as Obito joins Madara. "Remember Obito, our mission is to get the Haruno." Madara says as Sasuke and Kakashi exchange glances. "Together." They simply say as they both fight, whilst Sakura stays behind. "I-I...can't just stand here and do nothing about it! Damn it..." She harshly exhales.

It was then, she found her exit. She slowly slips out of Susanoo as this catches the attention of Sasuke. "Sakura, wait!" He shouts as Sakura jumps up, sending chakra to her fist. "I can fight too!" She bolts forward as she heads for Madara. "Die!!!!" She screams as she lunges the punch towards him. Madara quickly turns his attention to her as he smirks. "Sakura, lovely Sakura." The world now revolved around just these two, Madara and Sakura. Eyes meet against each other, both radiating strong emotions and feelings as Madara smirks.

"Goodbye, Sakura Haruno. Shall we meet each other soon."

"Fire Anhilation!"

A huge explosion happens infront of Sakura filled with fire and overwhelming chakra. Her ears start to ring of a pain that tinged her ears and blasted her ear drums. Her heart exploded inside her chest. Her soul shattered in billions of pieces. The last words she heard were...

"SAKURA!!!!!" Of both Sasuke and Kakashi before hearing their screaming sobs, and it was then, Sakura Haruno had faced her untimely death. Sakura Haruno had died on her birthday. By Madara Uchiha. The last thing she saw was the fire, then Sasuke Uchiha and Kakashi Hatake, sobbing.
