Chapter 3: I Was Almost There

To think its almost been 2 months since I last talked to Jason really makes me "happy". I say it like that cause I miss him. I've seen him various times with the same girl I saw him with last time, I assume that's his girlfriend cause they're always hugging. Rachel was pretty upset cause she hates seeing me like this. "Ugh Sophia stop thinking about him" she said. I was just quiet. Then I heard a knock on my door, Rachel went to see who it was and didn't answer. She came up to me with a shocked face and whispered in my ear "Don't you dare answer" and walked away. I jumped up and looked through my peep hole and you would never guess who it was. No, it wasn't Jason, it was that girl! I had the exact same face as Rachel, but what was she doing here? Is she here to tell me to stay away from Jason, or to tell me that they are relatives? "I really shouldn't open... ah fuck it" I opened the door and she asked if I was Sophia. I replied with a yes, my heart was pounding out of my chest for some reason. She gave me a package and said it was from Jason, smirked and left. It was kinda weird but I closed the door and Rachel was mad. "Why did you open when I told you not to?" I showed her the package and she took it from me. She went and opened it and read the card that was inside. She looked at me and gave me the card. " I told you not to open the door..." I saw the card and it read, " Hey Sophia it's me Jason... listen i don't know what's been up with you lately but I really miss you... Can we meet up soon? I'd love to go eat at MD with you :)" I looked at Rachel and she wasn't happy. I asked myself, how in the world did this girl find me? Did she follow me home? Did he tell her where I live?  I asked Rachel if I could go, she had no answer. So I just left,when I got to MD Jason was sitting at the table. I was a bit nervous but I went in and sat in front of him. "Sophia?" he said confused. "Hey Jason"  He still looked so confused and asked what i was doing here, until "that girl" came out. she asked " Who is she?" as if we haven't seen each other already. Jason explained who I was and she smiled and sat down next to him. It was all awkward, but I just stayed to see what was going to happen. "Ill be right back I have to use the bathroom" said Jason. Just as he left this girl looked at me and said "This is gonna be the first and last time you're gonna see him ok"  I didn't hesitate on getting up and leaving. Just as I was going to go Jason came behind me but I just left him behind and ran home. When i got home Rachel was gone, so I just went to the bathroom to take a shower and cry.
