Happy | Leo Valdez love story

Silly!

Winter had never thought her brother would wake up early for anything. Apparently,she was wrong. On Friday,Winter was shook awake by a very excited,very annoying,Percy.

"Perce," she muttered angrily. "It's four in the freakin' morning! Why are you up early?" Behind his messy black hair,Winter saw her brother grin. "It's Capture the Flag Friday,silly!! Now go shower!!" Winter covered her ears. She wasn't exactly used to loud noises in the morning.

"Fine," she muttered.

"Ha! Death!" Winter shouted. It was now the afternoon,and Winter and Percy were at each other's throat since this morning. Sadly for the son of Poseidon,Winter was better than him in sword fighting,archery and swimming. Don't ask how,she just is.

    Her happy afternoon was interrupted with the presence of ....... Leo Valdez. Winter hated the guy. "Hey,beautiful. Mind if I join?" He asked. Winter looked at her brother for help. Percy nodded his head. She glared at him.

    After a while,she gave in. "Alright." Leo smiled,and took out his now flaming hammer. "Show-off," Winter muttered. She had a trick of her own. Her sword,was suddenly covered with a thin layer of ice.

They parried,though it was quite hard,with Leo's being a hammer. Winter's ice sheen was melting rather quickly,but it was replaced with a new layer of ice. Leo tried hitting her with his hammer,she side–stepped. Winter would try and jab him in the chunks of his armour at the chance. Finally,Winter roundhouse-kicked him in the side,causing him to fall to the side. Leo's weapon skidded across the arena. Winter pointed her sword at his chest. "Dead,"she declared.

Leo grinned his award—winning smile. "Not bad,Rose,not bad at all." Winter offered him her hand. Using it,he pulled her down on top of him,in a very uncomfortable position. "Valdez,"she growled. She got off him and sighed. No one was around to see. Thank the gods.

"Afraid of someone seeing us,sweetheart?" Came his voice behind her. "I don't blame you. My fans won't be happy." Winter scoffed. "Fans? What fans? All those Aphrodite girls fawning over you? Wouldn't call those fans." Leo looked quite offended at this. "What would you call them then?" She smiled. "Unwanted attention."

"Well,I'd better be off.,'Winter said after a while. "I'm teaching Percy archery today. Not that there's  any hope in it." Leo gave her a mock salute. "Right. Good luck with that,Princess." Winter rolled her eyes. "Enough with the names,Valdez!" "Only if you go out with me."

At this point,Winter had stormed off,in search of her brother.
