You wake up at your mother tugging on you and yelling that you overslept. You looked at the clock, 10am, an hour and a half late. You quickly get dressed and grabs your bag before running out. But no one noticed the clock stopped working and it was actually 6AM. You ran through the dark streets, wondering why it was still so dark but it didn't bother you really and you ran to the school. You arrived but no one was there, you look through a window to see a clock hanging on the wall. 6.10AM. You sigh and drapes yourself down against the main entrance of the building, since you didn't want to walk back home anymore.

David had to be at the school early.to reserve the projector before Mrs. Prender got her hands on it for her class. He drops Zowie off with his neighbor, he was still asleep, and drives to the school. He parks and walks to the
entrance to find you sitting at the door. "Hello there," he says softly while pulling out his keys. You look up to him and smiles softly. "Goodmorning professor, can I come with you inside please? I thought it was 10AM so I ran here. I'm such a moron." You chuckle and stands up next to him. "Of course you can, but didn't you check the clock on your phone?" He laughs softly and unlocks the door before holding it open for you. "Did you remember that essay to bring today?" "Nope I didn't and yes I have." You walk in before pulling your essay out your bag and hands it to him. "I double-double checked." "Perfect. Would you like to come to the teacher's lounge with me
and have coffee or tea? And help me steal the projector?" He sniggers and adjusts the strap of
his messenger bag before reading your essay as he walks with you. "Sure, let's go." You walk with him through the empty school building. "l've never seen this place so empty and quiet...l love it!" You chuckle and turns into the teachers lounge.

He drops his bag on the couch and turns on a lamp before walking over to the coffee pot.
"Yeah, me too. Although when I was a student here, I used to sneak in like this with my friends and I'd pull pranks on the Dean at the time. It was great." He laughs quietly and turns on the pot. "Tea or coffee?" You laugh softly and nods. "Tea please. God I'd never dare to do
stuff like that, I'm such a chicken!" You sit down and crosses your legs as you look at him. "Oh well, did you enjoy the pasta I've made yesterday? I can't remember a thing though, only when I called you da-" you cover your mouth and gulps. He pulls out the breakfast tea and pours steaming hot water into the cup. "I did, in fact I packed some for my lunch. Thank you and what exactly do you remember? You...
said some things." He steeps your tea before pouring himself a cup of coffee. Your lips part in shame as you take a deep breath. "Well, uhm..called you, something, and I said a couple things to you in the car.." You look down and closes your eyes. "I, uhm, l'm s..sorry." "It's alright, it's all forgotten. Water under the bridge. I'll forget if you forget." He smiles slightly nervous, as he stirs a teaspoon of sugar
into his coffee. "Cream and sugar with your tea?" "And you said you liked it. Why?"
You stand up and walks towards him, dismissing his question. "No reason, I'm sorry. I don't really remember what it was you called
me. I was pretty tired." He looks down and sips his coffee before walking over to the table to sit
down and eat an apple from the bowl.

"Mr.Bowie please talk to me." You follow him to lay both hands on his shoulders. "Please." You say softly, trying to soothe him since you didn't
like liars. "(Y/N), I can't tell you. I'm not allowed
to. I'd get in trouble. I'm guessing that when you were talking to me you weren't really talking to me?" He pulls out a chair for you to sit and pats your hand for a moment. "But we're the only two here and that sound redicioulus, who would I be talking to then?" You pull your chair closer to his and leans on the table to look up to him. "Please professor Bowie, i dont like it when people tell me a half truth." He swallows nervously and runs his
hand through his hair. "You can't tell a soul (Y/N), it would cost me myjob." He looks around and holds your hand. You inhale sharply at his fast movement and searches his eyes. "Of course I won't tell anyone, you can trust me..really you can." You smile softly and looks down at your hand in his.

"I'm attracted to you and I like you but I haven't said anything. You were so fresh and so nice and so beautiful but I'm not allowed to say anything because you're my student and now you're my babysitter. Last night, you said some things and I don't know if you meant me but you pulled me onto the couch with you. I had to pull myself away from you and when I brought you home you asked me to..to kiss you." He sighs and holds his head in his hands. "I'm sorry. I shouldn't have said anything." "Well uhm, l mean..wow.. but." You sit up straight and tries to push out a smile, you secretly crushed in him too. "Like, after school..I'm your babysitter and not your student anymore, you know." You're caresses his hand and bites your lip as you look up at him. "That doesn't matter, I'm always your
teacher in or out of school. Those are the rules." He looks up to you and bites his lip.
"This is very confusing you know? First telling me you're attracted to me and yes, yes I like you too. And now you're acting like this, but if no one knows..what is the problem?"

"It could cost me myjob, that's why. I'm sorry that it's confusing. I didn't want it to be this way for you at all, I wasn't even sure if I should tell you but now I did and I bungled the whole thing." He looks to you and furrows his brow. "Don't worry. It is okay." You smile and
kisses his slender hands. "You know, it's the new year and maybe it's time for something new. We can push this all aside after today if you want to, so at last, would you maybe want to kiss me?" You tilt your head and smiles brightly but softly. "You know, hearing that somebody loves you means the world to me, and I can't seem to let it go." He smiles slightly and looks down to you. "You don't think I'm horrible or weird for liking you and our age difference?" He gently squeezes your hands and moves closer. "You can't decide who you fall in love with, that's impossible. So why would I judge you." Is this really about to happen?! You half smiles and looks deeply into his eyes.

David leans closer to your face with his chest heaving, heart racing. "May I kiss you (Y/N)," he asks in his softest voice. "Y..yes, you may." You squeezes his hand and bites your lip as you lean closer. He lets out a shaky breath beforemoving forward and gently kissing your
lips, simply planting his lips on yours, not daring to separate your lips with his and taste your lips and your mouth the way he'd been wanting to for nearly a month. He smiles slightly and pulls away. "Thank you," he whispers. "No problem." You whisper before
laying your hand on the back of his neck and pulling him into a kiss again, a longer more passionate one. "I'm sorry." You mummble against his lips as your hands tremble "Don't be," he mumbles before breathing harder and cupping your cheeks in his hands as you kisses you. He rolls your bottom lip between his teeth
before kissing you more passionately and plucking up the courage to allow his tongue to enter between your lips. You let out a small moan as you search his tongue with yours and rolls with it. You pressed your lips harder against his since you didn't want to lose the
contact you wanted for a while now.
