He smiles softly and nods. "I'd like that very much seeing as I haven't really gotten out much lately." He laughs weakly and looks up to you. "I've missed you, (Y/N)," he whispers while brushing your hair back carefully. "I missed you too David." You smile softly before slowly getting up and leaning on the crutches. "You have my number and you know where to find
me. I will tell my mother I will have a dear friend over, she will let you stay with us as long as you don't say you're 29." You giggle softly to lighten up the mood and looks down at him. He nods and stands. "Would you like me to take you home?" "I'd love that." You smile and makes your way to the door. "Come on!" He chuckles and rushes over to the door, making sure you don't fall. "I'm coming! Just be careful, you're making me nervous."

You giggle softly and sighs. "I'am litterly taking baby steps, don't worry about that." You smile and stares at the front door, which you can't open. He opens the door and steps to the side for you. "I will always worry, (Y/N)." He smiles and shakes his head before shutting the door behind both of you and escorting you to the car, slowly. You step in and carefully buckles your belt. "Things car..man oh man, the first
day I went home with you." You smile shyly and watches him stepping in He smiles softly and nods as he starts the car, reversing out of the drive way and into the street. He drives carefully before turning right at the end of the street. "I didn't even know you were asleep. At least while talking like that."

"Yeah, I'm sorry about that stuff. It's just when I can't rest good enough I start to do things like that." You blush in shame and looks out of the window against the soft morning sun. "That
was very embarrassing." "It's alright. It's in the past," he says softly while looking at the road and driving past the two streets to yours. You look back to him and sighs. "You look sad, your eyes are sad. What can I do to make you feel better?" You half smiles and lays your hand on his knee. "Nothing, I'm not sad love. I'm just....
going through things." He sighs quietly and removes a hand from the steering wheel to pat your hand. "I can help you. You can tell me what is going on, you don't have to but it's a start." You turn your hand to hold his as you slowly lean over to him. "I told you what it all is, already. I really can't bring myself to talk about it." He  squeezes your hand gently and smiles while turning onto your street. "Okay, t..that is totally okay." You bring his hand to your lips to gently kiss the top of his hand. "Maybe later." You smile softly and pecks his cheek in the hope he would feel better.

"Thank you, (Y/N)." He smiles and drives down the street slowly, taking his time till he gets to your home. "Did you miss it here very much on your travels?" "Well, it was kinda anoying some people didn't knew how to speak english so I had to bring up the broken German Jeremy learned me. It's nice to just have a normal conversation without having to repeat it ten times." You chuckle softly and sighs. "Yeah I missed cozy Brixton, Hamburg is a cold city and everything has to go fast and you have no time to daydream, everything was so serious
and over here, in Brixton, you can do whatever you want and you can take your time, which is pleasant." You smile softly and rubs the top of his hand with your thumb. "That's nice, (Y/N). I never thought of Brixton that way. I've seen your mother and brother around town and from what I've seen they've missed you so I'm sure they'll be glad to have you back." He stops in front of your house and sighs. "I..I missed you too." He kisses your cheek and gets out of the car. You kick the door open with your free
foot and gets out, almost slipping. "Woah, y..yeah, I missed you too." You close the door as you look at him and smiles. You walk up to him and kisses him gently.

David smiles as softly as he kisses you before pulling away slightly. "Let's get you inside," he whispers before wrapping an arm under yours and walking to the door. He fears that all this affection is just that, affection and a rebound of emotions after the recent tragedy. You knock on the door to see your brother open the door and immidiatly clenching around your chest and hugging you. "Oh (Y/N), you're finally here!
Mom!" He looks up at you and helps you and David inside. "Yes, I'm here and I'm not leaving again." You ruffle his hair as your mother carefully but tightly wraps her arms around you, she didn't seem to recognise David. "Hello
sweetie, god i'am so happy you're here. Come let me get you and your friend a cup of tea, okay?" You look back at David and smirks slightly as you raise your eyebrow before walking with your brother and mother to the livingroom, finally filled with furniture.

You sit down in the big old puffy corner chair and pats the spot next to you for David to sit. David walks in awkwardly and keeps silent before sitting down beside you with space between the two of you. He looks down at the floor and wrings his fingers slightly, he didn't realize he'd feel so awkward in your home with your mother. Not a minute later your mother walks into the livingroom with two cups of tea. "Tell me (Y/N), where do you know
this guy from? I don't think I've ever met him." She sets the cups down on the table in front of you and sits down in another chair. You chuckle softly as you think of a simple lie. "Well I've known him for a long time now, since the first day of school actually. He was in
another class and sadly he had to do a year over but yeah, that's how we met." You look up at him as you scoot a closer to him.

David looks down and smooths his hair back. 'How can she possibly think I'm that young? I'm a wreck,' he thinks to himself. He accepts the tea and nods his head. "Thank you Ms. (L/N)." He smiles shyly as he looks around the room before quietly sipping his tea.
