"Why do you feel wrong? You aren't pushing me to anything and I'm very very happy." You lean up to kiss his cheek and nuzzles his cheek and ear. He smiles softly and nuzzles your skin
till he nestles his face in your hair. "I don't know why. You've made me so happy in just this short time and I don't want to be without you but I guess I'm afraid that you'll move past me. I'm just something you won't want."
"That is such a silly thought, David come on. I really really really love you! How many times do I have to say it? David I love you, I love you and you're the most important thing in my life." You wrap your arms around his chest
after putting the cigarette out. He smiles and flicks his cigarette down to the ground before stomping on it and hugging you back. "Thanks love, it's just different to have someone love you and have them tell you they love you." He squeezes you in his arms before hearing Zowie shout over the monitor. "Time to go inside, I suppose he's had a nightmare." He pulls you up and turns off the monitor as he walks inside with you.

"Oh poor baby. Can I come with you?" You take off your shoes to make less noice and pushes a loose strand back. "Yes you can. He sometimes has night terrors and it's best to console him." He slips off his shoes and steps into In his house slippers by the stairs as he walks inside with you. You quickly walk up the stairs and to
quietly open the room to Zowie's room. "Hey buddy, (Y/N) here, is everything alright?" You smile and walks towards his bed to put on the little light on the nightstand. "Everything is alrighty, nothing bad is going to happen." You
knew how to calm children since your mother used to calm your brother when he was feeling low. You slowly crouch down and softly rubs his back. David walks into the room with you and sits on the other side of the bed beside Zowie as he soothingly rubs hishead. "Zowie, what's wrong?" Zowie's lip quivers and he hugs David's chest and David motions for you to sit on the bed beside Zowie on your side while he rubs Zowie's back. "Where's mommy?" Zowie mumbles into Davids sweater and David sighs. "When is she coming home?" David looks to you and down to Zowie again. "Mommy isn't coming home, I don't know where she went but daddy will ask." Tears well up in your eyes, Zowie really misses his mother. You wipe your eyes and places your hands on Zowie's back to give him some heat energy so he could relax. "I'm sure mommy is close, I'm sure she's alright." You.brush Zowie's hair with your fingers and kisses the back of his head to comfort him.

Zowie looks to you and wipes his eyes on David's sweater and David looks to your eyes unsure of what to actually tell him. His mother left him with his father? She wasn't mother of the year or even second place but Zowie still loves her and it's hard to understand why his mother would leave without saying goodbye. "Yes, mommy's alright and how about we try to call mommy tomorrow morning?" Zowie looks up at both of you and nods "Good idea." You whisper as you smile softly. You sigh and looks up at David for a small second before looking down at Zowie. "Lovely" you say quietly under
your breath. Zowie lets go of David and hugs you before standing up in the bed next to you and kissing your cheek. "Night night (Y/N)." He turns to David and wipes his eyes. "Night night daddy. Is she staying here tonight again? She can sleep in my room." David looks down and chokes on a laugh. "Zowie, what have I told you about talking about people in the same room? Why don't you ask (Y/N) if she is staying yourself?"

Zowie turns to you. "Are you staying here?" You giggle softly and looks at Zowie. "I could call my mommy to ask if I can stay here?" You wink and smiles softly at him. "And of course I need daddy's," you almost burst into laughter but
remains relaxed. "Permission to stay." You softly rubs Zowie's back again and.looks up at him. David bites his lip and looks to you. "You have daddy's permission to stay." He arches his brow and lets out a snort of laughter before Zowie claps and smiles. "Oh yay! That means you'll be here to play tomorrow." David sets Zowie down in the bed. "Only if her mother let's her stay." "I will ask her, now go back to sleep love bug." You kiss his forehead and
stands. "Okay. Night night." David smiles and looks up to you. "Call your mother, I'll stay with him for a while until he's asleep." You nod and slowly walks out of the room, you pull out your phone and calls your mother. Since it was Friday your mom said yes, thinking you were with youe friend named Lucy this time. You smile as you walk back in.

"I can stay." You whisper David puts a finger to his lips and points down to Zowie fast asleep. The emotional crying exhausted him David
supposes. He slowly leaves the bed and the room after turning off his lamp. He shuts the door and smiles as he 5k wraps an arm around you. "What would you like to do on this night at home?" "Well let's not watch a movie, we saw
were it lead to.." you giggle and smirks. "Let's do something you want to do, your night." You raise your eyebrow and winks as you lay your arms around his neck. "Something I want to do? Hm?" He smiles and nuzzles your nose with the tip of his. "What if I painted a nude portrait of you?" He says teasingly before walking downstairs with you.

"Well...that is something, but sure..whatever you want." You giggle softly and kisses the back of his neck as you hop off the last step behind him. "Just like the drawing; how and where?"
You grin "I'm teasing but if you want to I'm in. It would of course be in the studio." He chuckles and walks to the kitchen to grab a drink. "Love, do you want anything? Water? Juice?" "No thank you and I mean, it's something to kill the time right?" You follow him and crosses your arms. "It will be fun for the both of us I guess." You smile and leans against the door. "Are you comfortable with it?" He picks up a water bottle and sips from it. He
smiles and walks over to you and leans forward slightly. "Are you comfortable undressing for me?" He asks genuinely questioning you to seek your answer and not just some flirty line from him. "Yeah, I'm sure I am. Besides you saw me naked before, which was like yesterday." You smile and caresses his cheek with the back of your fingers. He gingerly holds his hands over yours before kissing your hand. "Come on then love." He smiles and twirls you before pulling you with him to the shed after grabbing the monitor again.

You spend the next day with him, he takes tpu out on a fancy dinner and walks around the neighbourhood together. You called your mother again to say you had a girls weekend.
You fall asleep slightly frightend since you and David had to meet up with Jeremy the next day.
