You pet Zowie over his head who is sleeping watching cartoons under a blanket and stands up. "Hello love." You peck him on the cheek and smiles. "I made a salad for you, Zowie didn't like it so he ate a sandwich. It's in the
fridge if you would like some." You smile softly and looks up at him. "Thank you," he whispers before holding onto you. He smiles weakly and nestles in the crook of your neck. "I missed you, I didn't even see you walk past my door." You chuckle and rubs the back of his head. "I was just a bit busy. But did you got my message?" You peck his cheek and holds him close. "Yes I did, can we go when I take you out Wednesday?" He sits down in his lounge chair and pulls you into his lap. "I'm... so tired. It's been a really long day and that meeting was awful. An absolute train wreck." He sighs and curls up around you. "Why did you leave school?" "Oh I just went to the roller rink with
Jeremy and some friends. We just forgot about the time." You lay your head against his chest and smiles. "Then we went to the beach for a bit, that was why I was late."

"Oh," he whispers while hiding his face. "Did you have fun?" He rubs your back and kisses the side of your neck, seeing Zowie fully asleep now. "I did, I haven't been out like this in along time and I enjoyed every minute." You hold him as you shiver. "Do you wish for some salad? You must be hungry." You push a strand of hair behind his ear. He smiles against your skin. "That's good you're making friends. I'm happy for you," he mumbles on your skin before trailing his lips to behind your ear and kissing lightly. "In a minute love, let me kiss the spots I missed." He smiles and kisses down to your jaw and gently kisses your lips. "There, I feel better now." "You're cute." You move his hair to the side and kisses his forehead. "Now let me get something to eat." You stand up and walks to the kitchen to grab the bowl of salad out of the fridge. You fill a glass with water and brings it over to him. "There you go." You set the bowl in his lap and places the glass on the
table in front of him.

You sit down on the couch next to him and crosses your legs. "Zowie wanted to bake cookies so guess what, they are all in a ziplock bag in the fridge along with a piece of bread to keep them fresh and tasty. He smiles and starts eating his food slowly. "That's wonderful love. Thank you for dinner and keeping Zowie occupied. Are you going to be able to stay over?" He takes a few more bites and drinks his water. "I guess I do, I did my homework like a good girl and catched up with everything I had." You scrunches your nose and sighs. "I guess I have to take my bathing suit off, since we aren't going to swim tonight." "I'm sorry love. I can't leave Zowie tonight and Mrs. Hutch isn't even awake to watch him." He leans over to you and smiles slightly. "Thank you for doing your work. All you have is this week and next week's exams then it's winter break." He pecks your cheek and sets his bowl down on the table.

"You still look very pretty in your outfit," he whispers softly. "Did you miss me at all  today?" "Thank you and yes I did." You lied, succesfully and smiles. "About exams, I'm not mentally prepared for that...at all!" You lean your head in your hands and sighs. He leans back and sighs. "Love, yes you are. I've seen your grades and they're all fabulous. You should be proud and I know you'll do fine on the exams." He rubs your back and looks up at the ceiling. "I hope. Well I'm going to change into my real underwear if you don't mind.. the suit is getting a bit uncomfortable." You chuckle and stands, you grab your bag and quickly walks up the stairs to the bathroom. What you didn't notice was that your phone fell out of your pocket and landed on the couch. David sits and sighs as he looks over to Zowie and covers his feet with the blanket before being interrupted by the ringing of your phone. He looks down to see Jeremy's name flash on the screen. He sighs and looks away to pick up Zowie and brings him upstairs to his room.

You lay your bathingsuit over the window ledge to dry and gets dressed before walking out to spot David, you smile and walks down. You sit down on the couch and sees you missed a call from Jeremy. You text him. 'Sorry, can't
talk. I'm at Mr.Bowie's.' You sigh and takes a sip from his water. He sets Zowie down on the bed, gently pulling the sheets over him and kissing his head. "Goodnight star shine," he whispers before shutting the door and walking downstairs. He picks up his bowl and brings it to the sink to wash it before walking over to you and sitting on the couch. "I'm almost finished with your painting love. I hope you'll like it once it's done." "I'm excited about it." You pull up your legs and lays your head on his chest as your phone starts to ring again, it's
Jeremy. "Again? Uhg" you push away and throws your phone to the other side of the couch. You cuddle up closer against him and smiles.

David smiles and wraps his arms and legs around you, tucking himself closer to you and you to him. "Is your mother at home with your brother, does she think you're here?" He rubs your back slowly and kisses your head. "Yes she's at home and I don't know." You say uninterested as you look up at him. "I love you." You sigh. "I love you too," he whispers. He holds your jaw, gently in his hand and strokes your jaw with his thumb. "I love you very much." He looks into your eyes, trying to see something, something that makes him feel important but he looks down and gently kisses your lips instead. You hold the back of his head and kisses back. "I love you much more." You smile and gulps as the thought of Jeremy flashes over your mind. You shake it off and thinks of David instead. You look up into his eyes. "What are you thinking of?"

You lay your head on his chest and kisses it. He smiles and kisses your head. "You, and some place I want to take you for a weekend. Maybe the first weekend of break, so that way you can still spend the holidays with your family." "That's sweet if you." You smile. "I would love to celebrate chrismas with you and Zowie." You kiss his jaw and giggels. "What would your mother say? Can't leave her alone on Christmas. We can celebrate the day after." He giggles at your ticklish kisses and pulls you up to his lips to kiss you again before peppering kisses all over your face. You laugh softly. "Come on we have to tell her sometime. And besides I want to celebrate new year with you, watch the fireworks together." You smile and
kisses his cheek He smiles and kisses your forehead. "Alright, but she can't tell a soul. I'm still a teacher and you're still a student at the school I work for. How should we tell her?" "Just call her and tell you want to have a chat with her about something, you will come over and we will just step by step tell her we love each other."

He nods slowly and bites his lip. "What if she doesn't like me or thinks I'm too old for you? What will she say about Zowie? This is going to be harder than I thought." "We can say you got the papers to care for him after you told her, like a couple weeks, dont worry about it. And she will surely like you! You're amazing." You
smile and sits up. "Well she always told me age is just a number and that love is love..if she doesn't support me, she will be a liar." "I hope so." He sits up and holds you on his lap, smirking. "And what will she think of me screwing her beautiful daughter on my couch?" He leans forward to kiss you and as he is about to, your phone rings, again flashing Jeremy's name. "Are you going to answer that?" You giggle and reaches for your phone. "I don't know, let me see." You see its Jeremy and picks up. "What is it Jer?" You smile and drags your fingers down David's lips to silence him.
