Im naturally a person who gets distracted easily, or doesn't tend to stay interested in things that i dont really want to do. Im forgetful so when eating a meal should be what im doing, im doing something that peaks my attention. I naturally forget to eat on a daily basis, i dont starve myself but i do forget to eat. The thing is too that if i dont remember my body won't either so my stomach doesn't grumble to tell me. It could literally be 10am and i will have eaten a meal and then suddenly its like 9pm and i remember that eating is a thing.
That's what happens to me. *.°•
