Chapter 9

It was Aiden's idea to choose the movie (y/n) would like to see. The only film which came near was Transporter 3 * and that was good for (y/n). About the kiss become silent, but that didn't mean that they ignore their love. You could clearly see they were a couple, even if they wanted to do it carefully. In particular, (y/n). She was afraid that Maurice would know and God knows what he would do to Aiden. She said nothing to him about it. She didn't want him become angry and would do stupid things like kill Maurice. (y/n) laughed and she knew he would have done it sooner if he had the chance. But (y/n) didn't want Aiden to get hurt...or worse!

(y/n) is not the type of sentimentality and she is not the most sensitive in the world, but she realizes that, since she met Aiden, she has changed. Since the death of her brother, she can laugh again and she feels that she is alive. She has often been thinking to commit suicide, especially since she saw no way out and she was afraid she would die by Maurice or by something else. When she discovered that Aiden worked Maurice on his nerves, she finally saw a bright spot. She knew she would get that chance once and she grabbed it with both hands. And there he sat! Next to her in the cinema hall that was not as full as (y/n) expected. She had to admit that he is a hard nut to crack. But what say they about these people? A hard shell hides a heart of gold. Why does she think that? He sits slumped in the chair and looked at the screen. It seemed he was not interested, but (y/n) couldn't invent something else for relaxation. So she tried to make him laugh. But how? A light went on.

"Damn! He can drift awesome"said (y/n).
"Pffh! I can do better "Aiden said.
"Sure" (y/n) rolled her eyes.
"And I can get better cars"
"He does look better in his suit"
"I don't wear something like that " Aiden said.
"You should try it. I bet you look very sexy in it "said (y/n).

Aiden laughed and (y/n) thrust her fist in the air.

"Success!" She said.
"I hate you" said Aiden and tried to force his smile back.
"No, you don't" said (y/n) and laid her head on his shoulder.

Aiden laughed and put his arm behind her.

~ Meanwhile ~

"You betrayed me!"
"Maurice! Please! "
"And you know what I do with traitors?"
"Mercy!"

Maurice held his weapon against the forehead of the man in front of him. He clicked his weapon ready and was just about to pull the trigger, if his cell phone not get off. Maurice sighed and answered. The man sighed with relief.

"What ?! I'm working "yelled Maurice. The man in the chair facing him.
"You can be sure that you're sorry! Because otherwise ... "Maurice shot a bullet through the head of the man.
"... You're the next one!" Maurice looked at the man who fell to the ground.
"What ?!" His friends looked on.
"Say that again ?!" It was dead quiet.
"I hope for you that's true. If I find out you're lying, I'm going to torture you so hard you beg for death!" Maurice took off. Then he started to laugh.
"Well. My day couldn't get any better. (y/n), (y/n), (y/n). What you've done now, can kill you "

~ At the Hideout ~

Aiden and (y/n) came, again, laughing the hideout in and T-Bone asked where they had been. (y/n) said they went to the movie because Aiden could use some relaxation. T-Bone crossed his arms and looked at them.

"What?" Asked (y/n).
"There's something that you don't tell us," said T-Bone. Jordi came up beside him.
"As you know it already, we have to tell it anymore" said (y/n).
"So you admit it" Jordi said.
"How can I admit it if I don't know what you're talking about" said (y/n).
"You know very well what we are talking about" said T-Bone.

Jordi was standing in front of (y/n) and looked her straight in the eye.

"Jordi. You're scaring me and you don't know what I do when I'm scared "said (y/n).

Jordi made no move to go backwards. Instead, he laughed and the coin fell by (y/n).

"You have spied on us ?!" Aiden looked up. It also hit him.
"It was great. A private romantic movie and we have to pay anything for it "said T-Bone. (y/n) blushed, but tried to hide it by looking angry at them.
"You have exactly 5 seconds to get out of here before I put a bullet through your head! By both of you!"
"Don't be angry, (y/n)"
"I'm angry!" Her voice echoed through the hideout.
"If you have seen it, who says Maurice not even has seen it by himself ?!"

(y/n) cover her mouth with her hands and looked at Aiden. The look in his eyes foretold nothing good. He turned around and wanted to leave the hideout. (y/n) ran after him behind it and stopped him.

"Aiden! Stay here! Please!"
"No! Maurice has bothered us for the last time!" Aiden said.
"I beg you, Aiden! Stay here! I don't want him to hurt you "Aiden walked past (y/n).
"I don't want to lose someone again I love! Will you do this to me ?! That I must bury you too ?! "

That was effective. Aiden turned and saw the tears in the eyes of (y/n).

"Please! Stay here!" said (y/n).

It hit Aiden. It broke his heart. How is it that he can't fight this feeling? All these years he has kept himself against it. All those women who fell for him because he was "the vigilante of Chicago" or "the man from the news". How is it that (y/n), he hardly knows 3 weeks **, can melt his heart in two seconds? She is different from all the other women and Aiden realizes that too well. She has qualities for hacking that he owns too, she is worried and protected, like his sister, Nicky, and yet she can be sweet, funny and optimistic, like Lena. Maybe that's why he feels drawn to her. He sees his sister and Lena in her.

(y/n) saw Aiden doubt that she thought at least. She hugged him.

"We will take our revenge on Maurice. I promise you. We let him pay for it! "She said and looked at him.
"For what he did to both of us!"

Aiden laughed and took her by the waist.

"We'll get him together," he said.

(y/n) smiled and rested her head against his chest. His heartbeat gave a calming effect and his breathing brought her in trans. T-Bone and Jordi felt guilty, but didn't say anything, so they left them alone.

"Fuck. I didn't know (y/n) could act like that "Jordi said.
"She's right. We have seen it, but who says that Maurice haven't seen it too? "
"I can always find it out. I know someone who works undercover with him. At the request of Aiden, a year ago "Jordi said.
"No. That would stand out too much. If we tell her, Maurice finds out for sure and then that friend of yours comes in danger "
"T-Bone?"
"Yes?"
"I'm afraid of (y/n). And I am never afraid before "
"Me too, Jordi"

Jordi his cell phone went off.

"Jordi Chin"
"Jordi! Maurice received a call! It's about (y/n) "
"What was said?"
"No idea, man! (y/n) would have done something, someone has seen it and has transmitted to Maurice! It would mean her end! "
"Shit!" Jordi said.
"Try to figure out exactly what it is! And try to trace the caller! "
"On it!" The connection was broken.
"What's wrong?"
"Maurice has find out!"
"What ?! How?! "
"No idea. Maurice would have had phone from someone who told it. Maurice said that would mean her end "
"Fuck! That son of a bitch! "
"Shall we tell them?"
"No! We solve this problem, "said T-Bone.

Jordi was agreed. He didn't want to lose Aiden and certainly not (y/n). Dedsec is nothing without her. But they don't know what Maurice knows about (y/n). Their first thought was that Maurice, or at least the caller has seen (y/n) and Aiden.
