Chapter 19

Days become weeks. Nobody knows where (y/n) or Maurice was. According to Jordi people, Maurice left the old apartment building and took everything with it. They look for him, but found no trace. As if he disappeared from the globe. He doesn't come out, neither his people.

"Probably do other errands for him," Jordi said.
"He must be there somewhere" Aiden said.
"He can't leave the city. I'll take care of it" Jordi said.
"I make sure that he would eating through a straw!" Aiden said.
"Why don't you take some rest?"
"Don't tell me what I should do, Jordi" Aiden looked at him.
"You need all the rest! And (y/n) would say the same thing! "Jordi was angry.
"Jordi is right, Aiden. You have to rest "said Nicky.
"I want to find her first!" Aiden said.
"You will rest, or I'll make sure you will not find her at all!" Said Jordi and Aiden pulled away from the computers. Aiden pointed a gun at him.
"I have a lot to thank you, Jordi. And you're one of the best car dealers I know. But if it comes to (y/n), I go over dead bodies! "Aiden said.
"If you don't rest again, you can never find her! You're dead within 5 seconds! "Jordi said.
"Aiden. I beg you. Go rest. Do it for (y/n) "Nicky got tears in her eyes.

Aiden looked at her. He couldn't scream at her. He sighed and stood up.

"We will find her! I promise you "Jordi said. Aiden paused and walked to the room. He plopped down on the bed.
"Can I keep you company?" Aiden looked up and saw Jackson. Aiden laughed.
"Sure," he said. Jackson lay down beside him on the bed.
"You are truly angry"
"Yes. Sorry if I made you afraid, "Aiden said.
"Don't worry. It doesn't matter. It's just ... I've never seen you so since ... "Jackson his voice broke.
"She reminds me of her and of your mother. That's why "Aiden said.
"She's just as worried and protected as a mom and as sweet, funny and optimistic as Lena. She has the same hacking skills as you and I think it's great "Jackson said. Aiden laughed.
"Thank you, Jack. That means a lot to me "
"You'd better sleep. Jordi is right. And (y/n) had already beaten you against the head for your stubbornness "

Aiden laughed. Jackson was right. He put his head down and fell asleep. Jackson smiled, stood up and went to his mother.

~ Meanwhile, somewhere in Chicago ~

David glared at him before he went away.

"You've got a big mouth for someone who can't do much now " said Maurice.
"You've got a lot of talk for someone who ..." Maurice nuzzled her neck, leaving the rest of her sentence lingered in her throat.
"You smell nice, you know that?" (y/n) looked up. It was exactly the same words that Aiden told her.
"You will obey me, woman. When I want to. Otherwise, your lover Aiden soon be spot on requirements in hell "There was a shiver through her, when Maurice ran his tongue along her cheek.

"Stop. Please. I beg you "Her voice was very soft, but Maurice didn't stop. He had too much fun in there. He ran his hands under her shirt.

Johness DeWaltz was pushed into the room. When he saw the scene, he makes a cross.

"Lord! Stand by me! "Maurice looked up.
"My answer remain no, Mr. Vega" Johness said.
"You are required to do this"
"If both parties want, Mr. Vega. And I can see that she don't want this "
"I take care that she says yes"
"Then again, I can't accept this, Mr. Vega" Johness grabbed his Bible tightly. "My answer is still no!"

Maurice was angry. He grabbed his gun and pointed it at Johness. Who clasped his hands together.

"Wait!" Said (y/n). Maurice and Johness looked at her.

"David!" David nodded and took Johness by the arm.
"I'm watching you" said Maurice. Johness threw an angry look on Maurice, for he had a bag over his head and it was pulled out.
"And now we" Maurice put his hands under her shirt again and kissed her neck.

~ At the church ~

"Welcome back, father"
"Marcus. I have to prepare myself for a marriage. I'm in my office. I don't want to be disturbed. I call you if I need you "Johness said.
"Of course, father" Johness walked to his office and closed the door behind him.

Johness looked at the letter. He was very proud of himself. He put the letter in the envelope and wrote the address on the front. He summoned Marcus.

The man's eyes widened. He said it is transmitted quickly and thanked Marcus, a thousand times. Marcus thought it strange. But he knew he would get a good explanation of Johness.
