COURTNEY'S POV
I sat beside Shayne staring at the crew who were staring at me.
"What? What's wrong?" I asked still confused.
I peered over at Shayne who was blushing slightly.
He looked over at me and shrugged."Hey do you two want to come get some coffee" Olivia yelled at Noah and Keith.
They agreed and offered us some.
After we declined they rushed from the room closing the door."What was all that about?" I asked.
"I-uh.. haha." Shayne muttered, confused I decided to not harp on it, still being suspicious.
"Well, how's your boyfriend?" Shayne asked.
I laughed a little before noticing he was serious."Oh, Shayne.. honey, we broke up two months ago." I muttered, confused.
He looked up at me seeming as confused as I am.
"Really? Why?" He asked.
I shrugged "long story short we weren't meant to be" I said dramatically.
He laughed slightly and then it got awkward."Well I'm.. sorry" Shayne muttered.
I turned to him and smiled."Thank you. But you have nothing to be sorry for" I replied, my smile widening as he turned and faced me.
We stayed that way for a few moments, he seemed to not want it to end.
I on the other hand found this awkward and weird.
"What about you, Shayne.
Any dates?" I asked trying to disturb the awkwardness between us."Oh, huh. No. no" he shrugged.
"Damn, must suck" I shrugged.
"Meh, what does it matter.
I have friends and all." He smiled."I will always be your friend of awkward moments!" I called happily.
He laughed before peering away seemingly distracted.I wonder what's wrong with him.
