*Felicia's Pov.*
"HELLO MY LITTLE ANGELS!" I beamed, looking into my camera as I walked into my kitchen. "So today is gonna be pretty interesting. My brother is coming to pick Jasleen and me up and the three of us are going to LA!"
"Why do you gotta be so got damn loud, Felicia? It's effing 7am," Jasleen groaned as she walked into the room. Her long black hair was disheveled and she was rubbing her eyes. My roommate of 3 years was definitely not a morning person and I'm usually not this loud but I just couldn't help it. Today was an exciting day.
"Sorry, babe, I didn't mean it," I laughed, failing at my attempt to be serious. "Damn... I messed up the take..." I laughed again.
"What is that? The seventh time?" Jasleen yawned. I shrugged and turned off my camera. "Why did I ever encourage you to vlog?"
"I thought you liked my vlogs."
"I do it's just you're always filming," Jasleen sighed as she pulled a mug off an already empty shelf.
"You know she has to do that for content because she's not actually talented," a familiar voice chimed from behind me.
I spun around and smirked at my brother. "Hey, Louise," I chuckled.
"Shut the fuck up," my brother chuckled. "You get one stupid tattoo and they never let it go." My brother, Heath, had a record of getting unbelievably drunk and regretting it the next day.
"The problem is it's not just one stupid tattoo," Jasleen commented as she stirred the creamer into her instant coffee. Our kitchen was pretty much bare, the same as the rest of our house. We had had our stuff shipped to our new apartment in LA a few days ago and only kept our suit cases full of necessities. The reason for our relocation was 1) we could finally afford it and 2) Jasleen had been offered a payed internship at a big record label in the city. When Heath came to visit for the holidays he told us a friend of his was looking to re locate and his apartment was going up for lease so he made some calls and helped us set stuff up for the move.
"Heath, say hi," I smiled, holding up my vlog camera. "Look who it is guys. My big bro is here to make my life a living hell."
"What?" He questioned.
"Nothing, just smile and say hi to them!"
"To who?"
"The the people watching."
"Felicia, you can't see them..."
"Yes you can Heath..."
"I think it's in everyone's best interest to just go along with it," Jasleen stated, a smile tugging at her lips.
"Oh you know what, I do see them, right there," Heath laughed, pointing at the lens.
"Stupid idiot, that's just a lens. They're not there watching, yet," I scoffed. I looked at Jasleen and we shook our heads. "Jesus Heath." I walked away from heath to get my coffee that Jasleen had set aside for me and I felt something jump on me.
"HEATH HUSSAR!" I yelled.
"Yes, sweetheart?" he chimed innocently as he sat himself on my back.
"You know... we're not 6 anymore, this doesn't work," I replied.
"Jasleen, did you know your furniture talks?" Heath questioned.
"No I didn't, maybe it's haunted," Jasleen said, faking a shiver before setting my coffee down next to my face and walking out of the room. Heath watched her as she walked away with a look in his eyes.
