*Jasleen's Pov.*
(Before Felicia's Date with Alex)

I sighed as I stood in the lobby of the large production company and tapped away on my phone. It was 5 o'clock and I had texted Zane about half an hour ago to come get me.

Every few seconds I would glance out the glass doors and out to the street to see if he had shown up. I was feeling uncomfortable now because the receptionist, who was in fact male, kept staring at me like I was his next meal.

I finally got impatient and dialed his number. "Hello?" he said from the other end after several rings.

"Zane, where are you? I texted when I got off work," I said, impatiently.

"Shit, I'm sorry, Jasleen! We were dealing with a crisis here at the house and I left my phone in my room," he explained. His tone was completely apologetic.

"Okay," I replied. My mood had softened and I was smiling a little bit at how he was trying so hard to explain himself to me.

"Wait, okay? You're not mad?" he asked.

"Of course not but if you don't get here I might be," I giggled.

"Right! I'll be right there!" he rushed. He hung up and I smiled at the phone. I felt eyes on me and turned to find the receptionist staring, again.

"My boyfriend," I lied with a smile as I held up my phone. He immediately seemed uninterested and continued to work.

I waited for about 30 minutes before I saw Zane pull up to the curb in Heath's truck. I quickly rushed out the door and hopped in the car. "Thank god you're here!" I praised.

"Nice to see you too," he chuckled. "How was your first day?" I groaned when he asked. "That bad?"

"I was convinced this was what I wanted to do with my life but I got there and all I did was make coffee runs, check dry cleaning orders, and call babysitters," I sighed.

"Geez, they couldn't do that themselves?" he asked, amazed.

"Apparently not," I answered. "Today was too much, long story short, I'm giving it one week and if nothing changes, I'm quitting," I said. We had already started moving and were making our way home.

"Really? What are you gonna do with all that free time?"

"Maybe I'll be basic and start making YouTube videos," I answered.

"Basic?" Zane questioned. "You think I'm basic?"

"No..." I trailed, smiling. I looked over at him. He had his eyes trained on the road but I could see him smirking.

"I'll have you know, what I do is very hard," he urged.

"I'm sure it is," I laughed.

"Look, just because you edited a few videos doesn't make you an expert," Zane stated.

"I bet I could make better content than you," I teased. We pulled to a stop in front of a red light and Zane turned to me.

"Is this a challenge?" he questioned.

"You know it," I replied.

"Alright fine, the subs get to decide. We will both post a video to my channel and the one with the most likes and positive comments wins," Zane said before driving again.

"What will I get when I win?" I asked.

"Wow, someone is a bit too confident if you ask me." I shrugged and he spoke again. "If you win, I'll do what ever you want for an entire 3 weeks. If I win, I get to take you out to dinner," he said, smiling.
