"Part of me will always have feelings for you. Whether good, or bad, they are inevitable because above all others, I truly loved you first."

*Scotty's Pov.*

The sound of my new Tesla locking echoed off the houses around me as I walked across the street. I was on my way to my friend Elton's for his milestone party. He told me it was going to be the party of the century, and at first I wasn't going to go because Kristen wasn't going, but she convinced me to go out and have some fun anyway.

I walked up to the front doors, ready to pull one open just as it burst open seemingly by itself, letting out the loud party. A large group of youtubers flooded out of the doors, and I recognized Heath was at the center of the pool. But then my attention turned to the girl sitting on top of his shoulders. That's when I heard, above the noise, the chanting of a familiar name, that still held meaning to me.

"Felicia! Felicia! Felicia!" There she was, perched on her brother's shoulders, holding a camera out above a group of my friends. She let out a cheer, and turned around to look back the party they had just left, only instead she found my gaze. She paused briefly before her attention was called back to the group. But for a moment, there was a communication between us, for the first time in weeks. Then, she smiled. And that was that, Heath marched away, taking her with him. I let out a sigh before shaking my head and pushing my way into the party.

What was that? All this time and just a smile?

*Felicia's Pov.*

I laughed as Heath boosted me up onto his shoulders and began to parade around the party. My camera was on, focused on the crowd of rowdy boys that circled around me.

"Felicia, Felicia, Felicia!" Jasleen and Chloe started shouting. It didn't take long for Corey, Elton, and the others to join in their shouts. I looked at my camera with a confused look on my face. I had no idea what was even happening because the literal last conversation we had was about the intense need for content we all had. Maybe that's what it is.

Before I knew it, we were marching out the door of the party and spilling out into the front courtyard of the massive house. I couldn't believe the amount of attention we must have been attracting to ourselves. Thinking of wondering eyes from the party, I looked back for what I thought would be a short glance, but I caught a pair of eyes that were all so familiar. There stood Scott, staring at me from the doorway of the party I had just been carried out of. He looked different from the last time I saw him. The bags under his eyes were much more pronounced than usual and his hair was now a light blue, almost purple. Most importantly, he was alone. I could see it in his expression, and the best thing I could find myself to do was smile. I was happy. Happy to be with my friends. Happy to have moved on. Happy to see he still hadn't.

I quickly turned away and gave my attention back to the people around me. We were walking out the gate and I turned my head once more to see the empty threshold where Scott had been standing moments before. I wish you the best.

How things have changed. "Hey, you okay up there?" Heath asked. I looked back at my friends and realized their gaze had fallen on me.

"Yeah, I really am," I laughed lightly. Suddenly, I felt myself being lifted from my brothers shoulders and placed lightly on the ground. I turned and saw Aaron, the shy boy from earlier, standing over me. "What now?" I asked, looking around. My friends all just shrugged a little, and turned their attention back at me.

"Wow, we all just walked out of my party," Elton laughed. "I worked for ages planning that party, but I really don't want to go back in."

"Yeah, it's really nice out here," Chloe smiled, hugging Heath as she spoke.
