*Zane's Pov.*
I waited impatiently at the back door. "Scotty, open the GOT damn door!" I shouted as I slammed my fist into the door. "SCOTTY!"
"You have to stay outside because Kristen said so," Scotty said from the other side of the window.
"Dude, I miss having bro time with you. We never get to hang out anymore," I pouted.
"Kristen said we hung out for two weeks in Florida for the holidays," Scotty replied.
"Oh yeah, that's what Kristen says... but what does Scotty say?" I questioned. Suddenly I heard an all too familiar sound. "BABY'S HOME!" I cheered shutting off my camera and running towards the driveway towards the sound of an old truck.
"BABY!" Heath yelled, jumping out of the car and running into my arms. I didn't understand why he was still playing along because we usually only act like this for the vlogs. But then I looked at the truck and saw it. A bright red camera being held up by Felicia, Heath's little sister.
"Felicia?!" I asked in disbelief. I ran towards the open door of the truck and hugged her as she got out of the car. "It's been so long!"
"Calm down Zane, I saw you last week," she laughed, but she hugged me back. Her touch was something I had forgotten. I missed it and I missed her. Truth be told I had sort of a crush on her. She was pretty amazing but I never acted on anything because she was Heath's sister even though he told me countless times I had his blessing.
"I know what but that doesn't mean I'm not happy to see you," I smiled. I let go of her and looked to find another person in the car. "Who's this?" I asked as a slim girl with long black hair and dark skin jumped out of the truck behind Felicia. I smiled and she returned the gesture. I was almost lost for words.
"This is my best friend Jasleen," Felicia introduced. "Jasleen, this is Zane." I watched as Jasleen's brown eyes followed Felicia's gaze back to me.
"So you're Zane. I've heard a lot about you... from Heath," the girl said, offering out her hand. I shook her hand before finding the words to speak.
"Oh I'm sure that was enlightening," I chuckled. "Nice to meet you, Jasleen." Great job, playing it cool.
"Well, I'm going inside. C'mon, Felicia. I can show you where you're staying until your place is ready," Heath said as he pulled two bags over his shoulders. Felicia picked up a couple backpacks and shuffling inside the house behind Heath. I laughed lightly at the two of them. That's when I noticed I still had hold of Jasleen's hand. I felt my face go hot and I quickly let go.
"Sorry about that," I apologized.
"Oh, no worries," she smiled. "Hey, I know we just met, but do you think you could help me with my bags?" She asked.
"Of course," I smiled and went to grab the ones she pointed out to me.
*Felicia's Pov.*
I followed Heath into the house and down a hallway. "This is my room but for now it's yours and Jasleen's." He sat down my bags and opened the blinds.
"And where are you going to sleep?" I questioned.
"The couch," he shrugged as if it were obvious.
"Um, I feel like i should be on the couch," I stated.
"No, you are my sister which means you get only the best. You get my room and I'll take the couch," Heath insisted before placing a kiss on my forehead like I was a little kid again and then he walked out of the room. I sighed lifted my suitcase onto the bed. I opened it and began looking through it for my bathing suit. I saw the pool in the back and I am not skipping up on that opportunity.
