CHAPTER SIX | BIG BROTHER IS WATCHING ME

Sherlock Holmes was standing on the edge of a rooftop looking down into the streets below as he searched for a glimpse of anywhere the case might have been hidden. He shook his head failing in finding the case in this side of the street; he went down the building and started running off the street.

It wasn't until he turned in the corner when he abruptly stopped when he saw his potential psychopath at the other side of the street looking directly at him; he groaned annoyed when he spotted a pink suitcase in her hand, she held it up and shook it, a clear sign for him that she was clever than him.

"You shouldn't run off like that" Hella told him as Sherlock walked closer to her "You wouldn't be able to hear me telling you, you were running in the wrong direction..." she chuckled "Once again you make a mistake and I'm correct in a deduction."

Sherlock roughly took the suitcase and started to walk away from her but the brown-haired quickly reached him; he didn't bother to look at her "Where did you find it?"

"In an alley at the left side of Laurinston" she answered him.

The consulting detective narrowed his eyes "I'm assuming in a reach of five minutes?" he asked smirking... maybe she found the case but it was just pure luck for her to find it first. From the corner of his eye, he saw her nod "Then I wasn't wrong. I was going to check every back street wide enough for a car five minutes from Lauriston Gardens..."

"That would have taken you at least an hour" she cut him "My deduction was better. The killer is left-handed, so to which direction do you think he would drive instinctively?"

The high functional sociopath sighed "Left" he grumbled "I would have only need to check the left side of Laurinston."

"It would eliminate thirty minutes from your hour of treasure hunt" Hella replied mocking him.

Sherlock went to the edge of the sidewalk and pulled up his arm making a cab to stop next to him; he turned to Hella waiting for her to enter the car first but she grinned "I have a theory I want to test. Go to the flat by yourself; I'll be there in an hour or possibly more."

He narrowed his eyes at her suspiciously but got inside of the cab. Hella was left alone in the dark, shrugging, she continued walking. It wasn't until five minutes later she was finally looking up to the cameras following her... she grinned knowing who it was.

Big brother was watching her.

Was he going to take her like John? Now that was something that made her proud; Mycroft was showing his priorities. He was going to decide if she was a threat to his brother or not.

The payphone on the wall close to her began to ring, Hella turned at it and with a grin went to answer it "You've reached the world's greatest psychic. Since I already know who you are and why you called, I'll, talk to you later..." she said looking up to the camera and hung the phone back.
