Stealer || Niall Horan

Chapter 9

"Thanks for dropping me off." I say while getting out the car, I walk around the car and before I leave Niall rolls down his window and calls me over.

"You're welcome." He says and then kisses me. I smile and then head towards my house.

We aren't even dating.

"I'll text you later." I scream loud enough for him to hear. Before I get to open the door Catherine swings it open and hugs me.

"What the fuck took you so long like damn. Was it because um... y'all -" I cut her off before she continues because I know what she's going to ask.

"No Catherine, I'm still a virgin. Plus I would never." I say as I walk inside and close the door behind me.

"I need to tell you some-" She says but before she could finish my mom interrupts. She rolls her eyes and runs upstairs.

"Hey sweetie." She says while giving me a hug.

"Um, me and your dad just got told that the apartment you wanted is no longer available." She says while letting go of me and walking me towards the kitchen where my dad was sitting at the table looking through apartments on his computer.

"Oh, that's fine we can just keep looking mom." I say and they seemed surprised by my answer.

"Why the look?" I ask while giving them a raised brow.

"We thought you would be upset at the fact that you won't be moving soon." My dad says while turning around to look at me. I laugh and sit next to my dad. That's when it hits me. The area at where Niall lives has apartment buildings, about a mile or two away. I can get an apartment there so I could be closer to him.

"I know the area where I want to move." I say while standing up and taking my phone out of my pocket.

"Hold on." I say while exiting the kitchen and going to the living room. I dial Niall's number and call.

"Hey Niall." I say waiting for a response.

"Hey Alex, what's up?" He asks.

"Um, I was wondering if you knew what the address for the apartment buildings near your house were?" I ask hoping he knows and hoping he doesn't realize that I'm trying to move closer to him.

"Yeah, do you want me to text it to you?" He asks and I get so excited.

"Yeah thank you." I say while hanging up and walking towards my parents.

*ding*

My phone buzzes and I look at the address.

149 east hardber street.

Perfect.

"Mom this is the area I want to live around." I say showing her my phone and the address.

"Okay we'll check on that." She says while giving my dad the address and clicking the search button. They find two apartment buildings which have at least 2 or 3 apartments available.

"I'm going to check it out!" I say getting up and walking towards hanger which has all the keys. I grab the car key and before I can turn around my dad grabs them from me.
