Chapter 27

"Alex you have to place a restraining order on him." Niall tells me as he drives us away.

"Like that's gonna change anything. He won't stop Niall." I say as I look at Niall and then look back down.

"We have to try. I'm not letting you go anywhere without me as long as you don't get the restraining order." He says now looking at me but then quickly looking back at the road.

"Fine! You're so annoying." I chuckle as I push his shoulder a little.

"Okay then, we're going right now." Niall quickly says.

"Wha-but I want to eat!" I wine as i drop my hands onto my lap.

"That Can wait a couple minutes." He says before looking at me and giving me a big fake smile.

"Your safety is more important to me Alex." He says now serious. Ugh, I hate it when he worries too much. Nothing bad is going to happen!

"Ugh Fine." I give in.

Liam's Point Of View

I really hope she takes these flowers and accepts my apology. I messed up big time. I let my jealousy and my needs take over me and I betrayed Niall. Because of my selfish ways the band is over. But I want her, I want her to be with me. Not Niall.

"God i hope she doesn't close the door on my face." I whisper to myself now exiting the elevator on her floor.

As I begin to walk to her room number I see a guy come out of her apartment. Is she cheating on Niall? I quickly ignore my thoughts as I knock on the Now closed door.

"Alex," I hesitantly call out.

"It's me...Liam. I need to speak with you, I need to apologize." I say as I Knock once more.

"Hey dude." A voice behind me calls. I turn around and am face to face with the guy that exited her apartment.

"She doesn't live here anymore. She just left. Seems like she got you fooled." He chuckles.

"And you are?"

"Chase, her boyfriend." He puts out a hand for me to shake but I don't.

"Her boyfriend? You aren't her boyfriend, that little rat Niall is." I say now clenching my fist at the thought of Niall and Alex together but stop myself as I realize that this is the selfish in me I don't want nor need.

"Well yes, but not for long. Guess you don't like him either eh?" He asks. What does he mean by 'not for long?'

"I'm supposed to say yes I like him but honestly I don't. He's with the girl I like. Because of him I can't have her." I tell the complete stranger.

"Same here but I have a plan. Since you don't like him I'm guessing you'll want in as soon as I tell you." He says before getting close and whispering his idea then smirking.

"My friend Zayn will be part of this but he won't know what we are exactly doing, he just knows where to drive me." Chase says.

"Zayn?" I ask now confused as hell, I haven't heard from him in years since he left the band.

"Yeah, you know him?" He asks now furrowing his brows.

"No," I lie.

"I want in."
