A few moment we ran through the spiral forest, hopefully finding the right way to the camp, noticing a few scent marks representing blood and border crossing, fleeing cats probably. "this is defiantly the right way" Falconfur growled, "It wreaks of blood on both of he clans" he points his trail to the right, "this way I believe leaves for our camp... yes I am sure of it" he suggested.
Bondleaf leaned on my shoulder as we slowly walked through the forest, I gave a nod, "Great job Falconfur" I replied, honestly was a little envious he was able to help us make it back so easily. In fact...I am glad for everyone who risked their lives to not only save me, but to help stop stone in his place into taking out our clans...the horror we would have to face if he was still alive and I was dead...seriously thank starclan.
Bondleaf, with her intelligence me and Iceshad would have easily fallen into the crushing pit, I am happy that she is our clan mate and hope she continues on living as she is. Falconfur...with his boldness and bravery, how could I ever doubt that he would finish the job upon the muscle work, who could blame him for things he couldn't do if his challenges were heavily matched just earlier against Stone.
I looked over to the side seeing Iceshade, flick her tail and sniffing around the cuts from the crushed wood, and how could I forget Iceshade, crazy yes, but a true warrior?...most defiantly, I am glad she cared so much for me to come down for me. Even when she had to fight every ounce of fear out of her, she accomplished the impossible.... I would wish for her to me my mate-
My thoughts were stopped as Falconfur raised his tail out, "Hold on!" He sniffs around, looking left and right... then he turns left and runs like a cheetah running for his tail.
I lifted off to the side to let Bondleaf run after him," did you find something?!"she yowled at him.
"you think?" I teased, but giving a serious tone at the same time.
"I hope it isn't something bad" Iceshade mewed as she took a leap over a broken branch.
Suddenly their was a yowl from Falconfur, "Bondleaf hurry I need help!" he yowled again for all of use to hear, "Please hurry!" I leaped over the tree trunk and under a log as Falconfur was finally visible, he was laying against a gray body. The big cats eye looking away as Bondleaf rushes up.
Iceshade gasped as she knew who the grey lump was, "Great starclan No!" pushes Bondleaf away, "Father?!, Father Why!" I raced up and saw it was Ashclaws body crushed and twitching.
Bondleaf pushes me and Iceshade away, "Give me some room!" she looks around the body and places her paws under his neck, Ashclaws eyes were closed, but his breathing is very shallow. "He isn't in shock, but he is alive...barely" she holds down her paw against the bloody surface under his legs. "quick find me something to stop the bleeding!"
Me and Falconfur quickly looked around, Falconfur gave in a shrug, "like what!" he retorted.
Iceshade gave out a bristling hiss at the giant tom, "Anything! , moss, cobwebs, stop this bleeding!!" she lashed her tail as he rushed down to pick up a set of dried grass.
It was a few moments as we slowly brought him back to health. We were very lucky to have him back with us, successfully he went straight into a good recover, but his warrior days were over seeing he broke both his back legs and lived with limp paws.
Today he is part of the elders in the elders den. All four of us told this story to new apprentices and any newborn interested into hearing the tail.
Many moons have passed since then, Falconfur took Sunshine as his mate, hehe who knew they bee together after so many hints were given to her. Lat me tell ya it took a lot of guts for him to finally admit it. that a whole story by itself.
And yes I took Iceshade as mine, through the story it was quite obvious really.
Bondleaf continued her art into medicine as Nailleaf was sent into the elders den....finally I think, even today the cat scares the living fur out of me....
But like all stories will go on into telling, does this all last, can we make a further goal into preventing the rising storm to once again clash against the clans...will their be more to come?
