The bell went for lunch and I probably just finished the most boring period in my whole life. Math. I made my way to the cafeteria and sat down at my usual table with most of my ‘friends’. Most of the people here are fakes, cheerleaders and jocks. They’re all here to suck up to me for either money or fame. I sat down next to one of them who I actually consider a friend, Samantha. Not even bothering to get food. I guess I’m just not that hungry.

“Hey guys!”

“Hey my favorite celeb! Okay, about your end of year party, the girls and I were thinking that we should go shopping to some cute dresses and stuff for the party…” She suggested. I shot her a dirty look but she ignored it and continued. “And yes I heard about your deal with your mom…Did she chuck out all your clothes? Or like what?”

“Why not. I need new clothes anyways.” I agreed.

“And we totally understand if you say no, but we really want you to c---“She stopped mid-sentence. “Wait! Hold Up! Did my girl just say she’s going!?” She screamed wide-eyed. “See Sammie told you it wasn’t that hard to convince Nat…” Michele winked at me. “Yeah guys, why’s it so surprising for me to agree to something?” I raised an eye-brow. “Nat, let’s face it, you always have something up your ass, and you never agree to do anything fun with anyone, your always so focused on what your parents what and what the media think of you. People are starting to think you’re boring by the way.” Jayden informed me without even a single glance up from his phone.

“Jay! God! That’s so rude! Nat it’s okay just don’t lise---“I cut her off.

“Relax guys. My mom said something super similar to me this morning. So my mom being my mom decided to chuck out all my clothes and get a completely new wardrobe, it’s like she want me to me a slut.” I shook my head.

“By the way guys, since this year my party is pool themed I thought we could ditch school and grab some bikinis and stuff?” I asked my girls while the rest of the group or ‘cool’ people whatever came and sat around the table.

Rachel, Samantha and Michel all agreed to go.

“Hey, we’re gonna walk past that piercing place right?” I asked the girls.

“Yeah, why?” Sammie asked.

“I want to get my belly button pierced.” I smiled

“What! Seriously! Who is this girl! I love her, don’t leave us.” Rachel teased.

“Well, I really do hope you like it, because people want interesting, I’ll give them interesting. So, piercings who’s in?” I looked around.

They all squealed in approval and rushed towards the shop.

There was this tall, shaggy brown haired guy at the counter. He looked really wired, with piercings all over his face and tattoos everywhere.

“Hi, how can I help you?” He said in monotone.

“We want to get our belly button pierced” I gave him a small smile.

“I.D please” He held out his hand.

We all pulled out our I.D’s and handed them to him.

He barely glimpsed at our cards then handed it back to us. “You need to be eighteen or over to get your piercing done at this shop and on your card it says seventeen” He spoke in a monotone bored voice.

“I’ll give you twenty” I put my card back in my purse.

“Fifty” He looks interested now. “Deal” I smiled thankful that I went to take some money out before coming here. “Nat, it’s not worth it. That’s way too much for all of us.” Michelle gasped. “It’s fine. My mum want’s a change, she’s getting one.” I smirked. I feel a little bad because I know that it’s a complete and total lie. This isn’t me.  “Yeah but let’s try a change that’s not going to cost that much” She tried. I cocked an eyebrow and she huffed a small ‘fine’. I handed wired piercing guy the money and he showed us to a room. He told me to lie down on the chair and the girls to sit on the waiting chairs beside me, waiting for their turns. We all did as we were told.
