Chapter 2: A New Beginning

Lucy's eyes lit up with excitement she has never had a real friend before, Besides her celestial spirit Aquarius. Natsu just stared at his hand where Lucy's hand  rested on his hand as she was dragging him across the mansion. 

"DDDDAAAAAADDDDDDDYYYYYYY!!!!!!" Lucy yelled with excitement because her heart was filled with joy to have a friend the same age as her and that didn't get mad at her all the time like Aquarius did. She ran into her fathers office and noticed he was gone........again...........probably on one of his trips the usual. 

"LUCY !!" One of the maids yelled worried about lucys sudden outburst yelling for her father. "Are you ok? And who is this boy?"  Lucy turned around still holding Natsu's hand. Natsu turned and looked at the maid and smiled.

"I'm Luce's best friend Natsu Dragneel!" His smile grew as he said the words. Lucy started to tear up she thought she would never hear those words she finally had a true friend.

"YEA!" Lucy said happily. Natsu and Lucy turned to each other and smiled  still holding hands. Then they  noticed  they were still holding on to eachother. Then they let go of each other and looked away blushing a shade of pink. The maid smiled and walked towards the children and said "Well okay then." Then the words hit the maid and  said "Wait where did this boy come from and where are his parents where do they live???" She rambled confused.

"It's a long story......hehehehe."  she said while scratching her head

15 minutes later 

Lucy and Natsu were sitting in Lucy's room laughing and talking waiting for the maid to bring some snacks. The maids were not just employees for her father they were family to her the closes thing she had to family since her father never even noticed her and would yell at her if she interrupted him while he was working. Things were different now she had Natsu now and they would be by each others side because that's what friends are for right? RIGHT! 

"Your Lucky to live in such a big place Luce."

"I guess......." Lucy said as she looked down.

Natsu turns to lucy with a confused look on his face.

"Well it's just that i get so lonely sometimes and has gotten worse since my mother had passed I mean the maids and everyone who works here are like family to me, but they are always so busy so they never have time to play with me or really anything for that matter. it's always so busy and yet quiet in the mansion." Lucy Sighed and looked at back at Natsu.  " Well i mean don't get me wrong i lucky to live here, but this just isn't the life I wanna live always being alone....  ya know? 

"Ya and remember i'm here now right," Natsu Said smiling at Lucy while she smiled back.  Then there was a knock on the door.  "Miss Lucy," one of Lucy's maids said.

"Yes?"

"where is your new friend staying Miss Lucy?"

"Well......My room is pretty big so maybe we could bring another bed for him to sleep on." She said as she smiled.

Natsu's (POV)

Some thing was different about this girl and I mean don't get me wrong i'm so glad to have her as a friend. Still there's just something about her. I Don't know  maybe I'm just getting to suspicious or something. 

 Natsu looked at Lucy and put the thought in the back of his  mind. 

I Still couldn't get igneel out of my mind I still questioned myself wondering where igneel was m. I'm lucky to  have Lucy as friend she is so kind............... Don't get any ideas readers were just friends ..............❤｡◕‿ ◕｡  *Wink* *Wink*

Normal (POV) 

"N-Natsu," Lucy stuttered.

"Ya?"  Natsu turned his head to look  Lucy.

"W-Where is you Mommy and Daddy?" 

 "I-I...... Uh..............."said as he  starred at his feet with his bangs covering his eyes. After that there was a long period of silence before anyone talked.
