I Will Wait For You

Chapter Two

Callie's POV

I was so nervous. I had got in so much trouble already. I know I said that I wanted to live on my own but Brandon made me so happy. I wasn't sure I wanted to go back to Stef and Lena but I really wanted to be with Jude. He deserves a better life and he can get that with Stef and Lena. I have just made it worse. Jude probably doesn't want to see me any way. I almost ran the other way as the silence got deeper. Then Stef started to say something.

"Brandon, Callie. You are in so much trouble."

I looked at Brandon. He was pale and really nervous.

"Brandon we will discuss your punishment at home and as for you."

Stef turned toward me.

"Rita will decide what to do. Jude was really looking forward to seeing you Callie. My only words for you is try to not get in trouble. For Jude."

My heart sank. I felt so bad and it hurt just to see Stef and Lena. I didn't know what to do. All I knew is that I would try to see Jude as soon as possible. I needed to talk to him.

Just then Lena reached for Brandon to leave. He didn't move. Then Stef started to get really mad.

"Brandon let's go! Do you want to be in more trouble?!"

Then I noticed the girls were watching from the stair case. I turned back to Brandon. He was still staring at me with a very upset look.

"BRANDON!" Stef yelled.

Then he did something totally unpredictable. Brandon leaned down and kissed me right on the lips.
