Cold stares. Everywhere she goes. She was always being glared at. Those glares made her remember her betrayal to DA. But she didn't felt completely guilty because the information was forced out of her.
She wanted to tell them but it would be frustrating because no one would believe her. Even though you are telling the truth, they still think it's a lie. One night when the DA members had detention, they went outside, bumping her shoulder in a rough way and she wanted to tell everyone on what happened but no one would listen to her.
Cedric was not talking to her. Her friends, and the golden trio. She felt she lost everyone. She felt alone. Camilla still doesn't know if her parents are safe. Camilla couldn't sleep in her dorm so she ended up at the couch at the Ravenclaw common room every night but she couldn't sleep which caused dark circles under her eyes and she would use the time to take a shower after her roommates were done using it and went to the great hall for breakfast.
She was a lot thinner for the past couple of days and with her OWLs coming up, she felt like she could explode any minute. She would stay up all night studying in the library and not at the exclusive library of their common room because most of them were involved in meetings.
She always find an empty space just for her at the library but it was at the end. Camilla was currently studying, her head rested on her left hand while re-reading the same sentence over and over but it still didn't sink in her brain.
Camilla let out a frustrated sigh and placed her head in her hands and tears started to fall from her eyes. 'Am i destined to be miserable? I lost my sister six years ago. I don't know if my parents are safe. And now i lost my friends and be alone for the rest of my life.' She cried harder as she thought of this.
She heard footsteps coming towards her and it suddenly stopped. From the gap of her fingers, she could see a white handkerchief. She stopped crying and looked at the person who offered her a handkerchief.
"You" her voice cracked and grabbed his collar and pushed him against the book shelf. He didn't resist. "You made me like this. Why?!" He didn't look at her in the eye and guilt was written all over his face.
"My friends are treating me coldly because of you! I felt like i don't want to live anymore if my life is like this. Why?! Draco answer me. Why?! I just don't understand why more people who i call friends are slowly fading away from my sight? Why?!" She tugged on his collar on cried on his chest.
Draco felt guilty. It was a pain for him seeing the girl her fancied for almost two years was now crying on his chest because of what he did. He did not help her. He wrapped his arms around her and rested his face on her neck.
"I'm sorry Camilla. I didn't know what i was doing" Draco said, trying not to cry along with her. "I'm so sorry" he whispered and wrapped his arms tighter around her. Minutes later, Camilla stopped crying and she felt sleepy.
"I wanna go back to the common room" she mumbled. "I'll take you there" she slowly nodded. Draco casted a spell that gathers Camilla's things and he carries it for her and they walked to the Ravenclaw tower.
They finally arrived and he lets go of Camilla and gave her bag. "Thanks"
"I don't deserve it" Draco said. Camilla let out a breath and she faced the portrait. Before Draco could walk away, he said, "please take care of your health. I don't like seeing you all thin. It doesn't suit you" then he walked away.
