Chapter 10: Room 428

I knocked Allison's door, I opened it slowly "Allison?" I said in a low voice. I found her struggling with her jumpsuit zipper so I helped her with that.

"You're up early this morning! Look at you!" She said smiling, "Al, we need to talk" I told her. "What is it?" She said as she started to have this serious look on her face, I told her everything that happened today.

"Allison, don't worry. We will get out of here as soon as we find a solution, you're coming along. We're not leaving you behind" I said determined. "Olive, I know" she said, "You know all of this?!" I said surprised.

"Oh no no, I don't know about the universe thing but I know about the fact that I'm stuck here. Olivia, I've been here since I was 10 years old" she said. She seemed desperate, she accepted the fact that she's stuck here forever.

"But Allison, we will figure this out" I said, "Oh no Olivia, you're not going to waste your time on this, I mean even if I go back I have nothing left there!" She said. "Allison, you can't make me do this. You're coming with us" I said.

I mean I'm not leaving her behind, she wouldn't do that to me. "Olivia, I can't go back! I'm stuck here, trust me there is absolutely no way I can get out of here" she said. I stared at her for couple of minutes trying to memorize her features, every second I spent looking at her she looked even prettier.

I mean what can I do? She's stuck here and so are we if we don't get out of here as soon as possible. "Look, I've got a plan to get us out of here. Al, can we at least try?" I said, "I'll help you all get out of here, but I'm not coming along." She said. "Are you sure?" I asked, "Positive!" She replied.

I know I didn't want it to end that way, but she insisted. She hugged me "I'll never forget you Al, I can't forget such a great friend" I told her as we were hugging, my eyes started tearing up. We both ended crying for a couple of minutes. I mean how many people am I going to lose in my life?!

"Room 428 before lunch, get Lucas" I said heading towards the door, "Oh, it starts today?" She asked. "Yup! It starts today" I replied as I headed towards the injection room.

I found Sam standing on the door. "Room 428, before lunch" I whispered, he nodded. As I entered, I found Lucas and Allison on the other end of the room. The place was filled with aliens, I guess they wanted to be extra sure that no name on that list escapes.

Parker was sitting on a metallic chair right in front of the door. "What's going on?" He whispered, I slipped a note in his hand that had the room number and time. "Miones start!" Sam said in loud voice.

I started injecting Parker with one of those purple liquids, Parker smiled as he stared at me me the whole time. "What?" I said smiling as I looked at him, I removed the injection from his arm and placed it on the table.

"Nothing" he replied smiling, there were few moments of silence as we looked deeply into each other's eyes. "You can leave now!" Sam said with a loud voice that caught my attention, we all left leaving our xperimias behind.

Allison and I went to room 428 waiting for Lucas, Parker and Sam. Few moments later, they all walked in. "I see you've met Sam!" I said, "He's going to help us hopefully get out of here". "Olivia, a word?" Parker said, from the way he said it I can clearly tell that he didn't like him.

Parker and I went to the other side of the room, "Olivia, he's the one who tried to kill me. I mean we can't trust this guy!" He said. "Okay Parker, he offered to help and we absolutely have no other choice...So, what do you say we give him a chance? " I said whispering. "Fine!" He replied.

Meanwhile, Sam started to explain the whole thing. Parker was staring at him, not knowing what to believe, "So, you're trying to tell me that there are two universes. Allison died in the first one so she's stuck here for the rest of her life, we will be stuck here in 30 days and we will be vanished from existence in 40?!" Parker said with sarcasm.

"That's pretty much it" Sam replied. "So, what's the plan?" Lucas said, "Well, Sam provides transportation, Allison distracts the aliens and makes sure no one comes" I said. "We will work on getting out of here!" I continued, "Sounds good!" Parker said.

We had lunch after that, we all seemed blowing up with joy. We were all laughing and making jokes. Could this really be the time we all get out? Will this work?
