Her face drops and she becomes pale. She starts to look around the room and her heart beat booms through my ears. This boy seems familiar, but I can't put my finger on it. I've seen him in her thoughts, but she pushes him away before I can go any deeper. Something must've happened with him before I came around.

She starts to stutter words here and there, making the boy grin.

"Oh, I'll see you later. Don't want to miss class," his tone is sarcastic, and I can't help but become angry as he pushes by her.

He sits down in the back of the class and leans back in his chair. Looking like a real douche. Dark, denim, jeans and a blue tank top. The piercing below his lip is held between his teeth, and the noise of being tattered with is obnoxious and making me even more annoyed.

I tuned him out and payed close attention to Rose. I stood by the door, watching as she slowly walked to the back of the class , to the only open seat. Next to that kid.

I decided not to go anywhere near her thoughts while at school, because whenever I do I tend to get everyone she's thinking about voices playing through my head, too. And right now, she's definitely thinking about him.

"Ok class, welcome to Advanced Art. My name is Mrs. Oaks. Since it's only the first day of school you're free to do what you want. I advise you take your time to meet some other class mates. I'm going to pass out some forms for your parents to full out, but you're welcome to fill out what you know. "

The middle-aged women stood before the class with a stack of yellow envelopes filled with what looked like multi-colored papers. She started to walk around the class, handing each student one packet each, making her short skirt start to ride up.

When she came around to the boy, he smacked her ass an bit his lip. I expected for her to smack him hard against the face, call the Principle. Instead, she smiled and "dropped" her papers. She bent over to grab them, and lucky for the boy she wasn't wearing underwear. Disgusting.

She giggled and passed the last packet the Rose, she saw the whole thing but decided that to comment on it. Why not?

Rose gripped the end of her small desk and tapped her foot with great speed. She looked appalled, and maybe angry, too.

"Oh, is someone jealous?" he scooted his desk closer to hers, and she cringed in fear. The way her eyebrows slightly twitched, so small only I could see, showed she was scared. Once again, fear took over.

"So, are you happy to see me? Because I'm are sure happy to see you," he leaned over and grabbed her ass, like done minutes ago with the teacher, and smirked when she slapped his hand away.

Oh hell no, if he gets any closer I'm ripping his fucking head off.

"Maybe we can meet up at the park. Like last year, that was fun. I was hoping we would have a class together, have a little bonding sesh," the nasty grin on his face and the fear splashed on hers made me curious. I stayed back, and let her handle this. I can't blow 'my cover', that won't solve anything.

"Please. Just leave me alone," her voice was weak and fragile, not the strong and confident one that usually fills her mouth.

"Now why the hell would I do that?" his voice was dark and mean, making me go insane.

I was instantly by his side, his jaw between my hand. I made myself visible to only him, and slowed things down a bit so when I left only seconds would've passed.

"Now listen here, leave her the fuck alone. I swear, if you fucking touch her I will rip your balls off and feed then to the wolves. You got it? Now, I'm going to let go, and you're going to apologize. If you don't , I'll find you. And I'll haunt every one of your helpless dreams," I let go and held back to urge to throw him across the room, but the satisfaction of fear kept me composed.

"I-I'm sorry Rose. I don't know what has gotten over me, I'll leave you alone now," every word came out in different tones and volume, scared to death of, his exact thoughts, 'whatever he is'.

She looked over and raised an eyebrow. She didn't except the apology, she just nodded her head and pulled out the papers from the packet.

This is going to be a long day.
