Delirious POV

I tied Craig to a chair in my basement. He hasn't woken up yet, which I'm happy about. Most of my things are set up down there but the camera system still needed to be adjusted.

For as many basements I've used, this houses will always be my favourite. It has the most sound proof walls, the best positions to set up camera and so many other perks many other basements didn't have.

Today was also the day I was going to meet the kid Tyler wants me to 'train'. I still don't understand what makes Tyler think I won't eventually end up killing the kid because he kept getting in my way. It's going to be so strange having another person knowing my plans, discussing things with me etc. I haven't worked with someone since I left this place.

I decided I had enough thinking and went downstairs to fix the cameras. I left my mask upstairs since Craig already knows what I look like, It's not ideal but I don't have I much control over it. As I worked with the camera I looked over at Craig. He was never the one to really say anything to me. Occasionally he would say something, but only if it was a really great insult. As if he was scared about saying something stupid and weak that would make the crew disappointed in him.

In the years the crew bullied me, I got to learn a lot about them. But Craig is special. Due to his past you would think he would learn and understand the pain he could've been causing. Good thing he couldn't though, none of them could.

Yeah, cause you're a heartless bastard to who kille-. Don't you fucking mention that. Go away you're not wanted right now.

And because I already know everything about him, I wont have to do extra research when training the kid.

I went up and down the stairs checking if the system was working. When I was finally satisfied with the set-up I locked the basement door and stood there. Looking throughout the house from where I stood, memories began to fill my mind. They really only consisted of two people, the two people who were important to me. On one hand I'm glad I don't have anyone to worry about anyone else...but, the way that it happened makes me full of guilt and regret. It's a good thing no body knows who they are or what happened.

The memories passed and I realized I was letting myself slip, I should take note to not think so much.

Okay, i'm meeting the kid tonight. Which leaves me a lot of time in between, What should I do? Craig's already taken care of, same with the system and all. I'll do some research on Mark and his gang when I have the kid with me, that's another thing I want to teach him. So, I guess I'll just hang out and watch some movies.

Time Skip

It got dark outside a while ago and I should be heading out but I didn't feel like stopping the movie. I waited until it ended I got on my usual outfit along with my mask. I feel so good with it on, at one point in my life I hardly ever took it off. It just feels natural.

I grabbed my truck keys and drove to the location. Parking two blocks away from where we are supposed to meet up, always take precautions.

I spotted someone leaning against the building. I stopped walking and took a left to make a circle around where he was, I always scout the surrounding area just in case of hidden snipers, spies etc. Checking the inside of an abandoned building I heard some muffled whispers. I walked quietly to the wall and pressed my ear against it.

"What if he doesn't show up boss?" someone questioned.

"he will, just keep eyes on the kid" Tyler said back. I knew it.

I smirked behind the mask and walked toward the entrance of the room they're in.

"You have so much faith in me Tyler" I said entering the room.

As soon as I walked in two people, I can only assume are his bodyguards, drew their guns to me.

"Stand down, he's an ally" Tyler said to his men. Both returned to a normal posture but kept eyes on me.

"An ally? So no hard feelings then?" I chuckled.

"Lets just go meet with him" Tyler spoke, most likely annoyed I found where he was.

I gestured to the doorway smiling. He walked up to me and we both left to meet the guy in the alleyway.

As we got close to him the kid stood up properly. I got a good look at him. He's white, with dark brown hair, brown eyes, and a medium build. He looks super young too, no wonder they call him a kid. Hopefully he knows already about me, I don't want to piss Tyler off even more then I have by killing him.

"Delirious, that's the kid you'll be training. He has a lot of knowledge of the place since he used to be kept there. Here is a file including information about him, it may be a little empty but you can't fucking blame me on that" Tyler handed me a folder including some papers.

"Would've been nice to have this sooner" I muttered.

We made it to where he was standing. Keeping his hands in his pockets he greeted us by nodding his head.

"Delirious, this is the trainee prospect for you. Kid, I already gave you a run-down of what not to do and what to tell him etc." Tyler said.

"I'm not a kid" He mumbled.

"Yes, you are. Your also a fucking pussy but I cant blame you for that." Tyler laughed and so did the kid. "I expect you back after the mission. Learn as much as you can. Try not to get yourself killed."

"Will do boss, you don't have to worry" he said.

He watched Tyler walk away leaving us two standing there. I turned around and started walking to my truck, tucking the folder into my sweater. I heard his footsteps following me.

We made it to the truck and as soon as he sat down he started with the questions.

"I heard about some drama focusing around you and Wildcat. What's that about?" He asked.

I sighed, trying not to get irritated.

"Basically he did a huge heist which included robbing a well-known bank. I heard about his plan and ended up stealing the truck that held a good portion of the money." I chuckled as I recalled how mad he was at me.

"So all the stories are true?" I turned to see him with one eye-brow raised.

"Yes" I answered simply.

"Got Damb, will you teach me everything you know? That would be fucking awesome." He exclaimed, a huge smile on his face.

"Stop with the fucking questions, and I don't think so. Tyler wants you back after the mission" I said.

After I said that he went quiet.

Hm, maybe this wont be as bad as I thought.

When we got back to my house I gave him a quick tour and told him not to go in the basement. He decided to go to sleep, which gave me time to read over his file.
