"What will you get from torturing people, one day God will make you pay your deeds, don't do this"

"Stop with your free advice princess and tell me who to kill first"

"I can't choose among them"

"As you wish princesses" by saying this he took the gun and he shoots Zack.

"Aaaaggghhhhhhh No No No"

"Aaaaggghhhhhhh No No No" I woke up sweating and panicking. Ho god, it's just a dream calm down Veronica calm down, I said to myself and took deep breaths and checked on Zee who is sleeping beside me like an angle. I checked on her, again and again, to make sure she is safe. It's just 12.00 AM and as usual, I couldn't sleep the whole night due to my worst nightmare.

Next four days went as usual, except the cost department employees throwing daggers on my side as my team is successfully finding the faults and frauds did by them. 

Tomorrow, Friday I am presenting all the misrepresentations done. Now I am feeling like my team is really the best team in the world. I have already prepared my presentation of all their misrepresentations and copied in CD. Now I have one copy on CD and another in my office system. 

Till now in my professional life, I didn't have such counteract with another department. I am sort of curious and nervous at the same time and waiting for tomorrow.

Friday:

Today Zee was very excited to go to the Bhabhi's place as bhabhi is getting a gift for her for properly learning all alphabets. Sometimes I really wonder about her how easy and fast she grasps and learns the things.

 By leaving Zee in bhabhi's place I reached office directly I went towards my team members if they have any other information that we can include in the presentation and also ask if they are ok with the presentation that I had shown them yesterday. That discussion took till around 11.00A.M and it's already time for the presentation in front of the heads of departments of the company.

I went to the cabin to collect my system to take it to the conference room for the presentation. But my system was hanged not even switching on. I took help of IT department employee to check on it, but nevertheless, it didn't work nor even I could get the data out of it. 

Thanks to God that I saved the copy in the CD. I took it and went to the conference room for setting up. As I kept the CD in the CD drive co-employee came in and said Mr. Zakir wants to speak to me before the presentation in an emergency voice. I started walking towards his cabin, but I met him on my way.

"Ready for the presentation Ms. Veronika," he said.

"yes"

"Let's go, " he said. I was bewildered, 'he wanted to, talk me before the presentation, right'

Suddenly it clicked, "THE CD" 

I ran towards the conference room (not literally) and again, my sixth sense is correct the CD is missing. I panicked, one by one all the gentlemen entered the conference room and settled. Ho God, help me what to do my system is hanged (most probably the cost department people have destroyed it so that I can't present it today and now they stole the CD too). The last person came in Mr.Karthik.

"Let's get started Ms. Veronika," Mr. Zakir said. I was about to say that I had lost the work on the audit made by my team.

"Excuse me" by saying this my secretary Simran entered the conference room and directly came towards me and gave me CD whispering that it has the presentation and took her seat. Then I played the presentation. 

It's true that "Karma is a bitch", but this also true that good wins over evil.

It's clear from the presentation that cost department heads are involved in the fraud. Mr. Zakir gave them the opportunity to say their case why they did this. But their reasons are all silly and they are hiding the main reason (which is obvious that they are appointed by the rival company to get information and so that the project should not be successful). Mr. Zakir had fired and handed them to the police for more information.

"We appreciate this Ms. Veronika," he said.

"But we have a problem Mr. Zakir, Monday we have a meeting with AMS company where we have to provide our quotation with the cost and quality quantities of the project we are intending, as you fired the 4 people from the cost department who did the quotation," I said. Murmurs started in the room.

"Ms.Veronika for temporary be the head of the cost department too and direct the workers so that we can complete the quotation and I will also help in directing, is it okay with you?" he said in a firm voice. I took some time for me to digest the information.

"It's okay with me" with that the meeting got dispersed.

what do you think how she got the CD and who is Mr.Kartik? I know this chapter sucks but it's important for the next part of the story.
