Ive gotta go

Malia: I had just finished my problem when I saw Scott walked in with a water. I said "and what took you so long?". He shrugged and said "how come your sister such a sweetheart and your such a-". I cut him off and said "whatever I finished my problem now answer my question". He chuckled and said "the deal was if you answered the question right". I smiled and said "fine check it". He went over and laid on the bed beside me checking my paper about a minute later I saw him look up at me shocked. I smirked and said "answer my question". He groaned into a pillow that I had to wrestle out of his face and said "fine... one question". I nodded and said "why are you such a dick to stiles?". I bit my lip as his expression changed and he put his head down and said "it's complicated". I laughed and said "no... chemistry is complicated". He looked at me seriously and said "can you keep a secret?". I actually didn't think he was going to tell me but I nodded and he smiled and said "Kylie's definitely your sister". I said "don't change the subject" crossing my arms. He ran a hand through his hair and said "I was jealous" I looked at him like he was stupid and he groaned again and said "stiles and I were gonna be brothers but let's just say our parents didn't work out, neither did we... and the worse part was that I was finally going have the dad I always wanted... a perfect family". Scott didn't look at me after that and it was silent for a few minutes until Scott said "I've gotta go". He got up and put on his coat and I saw his face and could tell he was really sad and got up catching up with him as he he had his hand on the door knob. I was right in front of him and I grabbed his face to make him look at me. He did and I saw a tear slip through his eye making me want to just hold him and I said "I don't know much about your family Scott... but I do know that there is no such thing as a perfect family". He didn't say anything but instead he nodded and I kissed his cheek softly and I hugged him waiting for him to hug me back. Once he finally did he stroked my hair for a while until he let go and said "I've gotta go".
