Chapter 2 - The Darkness (Part 1)

'It's so..Dark...'

'So Dark...'

'Why...why won't my Eyes Open? '

'Am I..Dead?'

G: No, but you have been resting for quite a Time.

'Green Lion..? So..you all really are okay.'

Blu: We are, the New Paladins brought us all together again.

'Blue...it's good to hear you again.'

Y: You Deserve more Rest, you have been through much.

'Ah..Yellow, I'm Happy...you all were able to hold your own.'

R: Or course we did, I must Concur with Yellow as well, she Assisted my Paladin, and Escaped the Empire herself.

'Red Lion..that means much coming from you.'

Bla: You remained Loyal to us for all of this Time. You Endured much to Protect us, and our Hiding Places.

'Black Lion....'

Khari groaned quietly, slowly opening her Eyes.

She was...in another Tank. However, this one was different, when she opened her Eyes, the Tank released a puff of Cold Steam, and Khari fell forward, landing on her Hands and Knees. Okay..Cryogenic Healing Tank....she was wearing a Medical Suit for certain so..

'Where am I..?' She thought, looking around in a sort of Panic, trying to remember what had happened before everything went Dark. Khari groaned as she tried to stand up, clenching her Hand over her Chest, panting frantically, what was going on?! Everything was getting Darker...

'No!! This is Zarkon's Palac again!' She thought, finally managing to stand.

'How?! I thought Red Lion had me! No, I'll worry about that at another Time! I must flee!'

But how...they caught her again so easily...she...she couldn't Escape them...

'If I can't Escape then I'll Fight! I will Defeat Zarkon myself!!'

Khari clenched her Jaw, her Legs weren't used to moving, she was like a Cub learning to Walk again!

Khari's Lower Body resembled an Asian Dragon's Legs, they had Three Long Toes with Sharp Black Claws, if she were Human she'd be Walking on the Soles of her Feet like if she were in Heels. Covering her Legs up to her Thighs were Soft White Scales, and a Long, Whiplike Tail swung around from the End of her Coccyx, a Big Tuft of Silver Hair grew from the Tip, her Tail dragging on the Ground when she walked, it was 6 Feet Long, the same Length as she was Tall.

The Rest of her Body was Relatively Normal, her Skin was Whiter then any Natural Human though, her Arms were a bit Longer then the Average Person and her "Nails" were Black, sharpened to Points, on the Top of her Head were a Pair of Fuzzy White Lioness Ears, constantly switching at the faintest sound, to add to her Feline Features, Large Upper Canines stuck out of the corners of her Mouth. Khari's Hair was a Silver-White Color and the Tips stopped just short of her Rump, she didn't like how much it had mopped around her Face now though.

Khari blew her Hair from her Face then started for the Door slowly, she was still Physically Weak, funny how the Stasis Tank kept her from Aging, yet her Body still had Weakened with Time...still, she didn't need to strain herself more by switching with Leo
