Marinette blinked away her tears and looked up at Adrien, who had such a sullen look on his face. She loosened her grip on his shirt and placed her hand behind his head, shifting his eyes to hers.

"Adrien... what's wrong?" Adrien held in his breath and let it out slowly, taking his time before he spoke.

"My father contacted me, he is waiting at our house for us." Their eyes dropped to the ground, and they held each other closer. Alya labored trying to get up but Nino held her down.

"Nino, let me up, we have a job to do." It was a losing battle for Alya, but she still tried anyways. Nino only shook his head,

"No you are not going anywhere, you were almost cut in half. You are not gonna go anywhere until you are better." Alta looked as though she was going to protest, but the sharp sting from her stomach made her back down. She stopped struggling and Nino stopped holding her down. Their Kwamis returned holding up the new yellow and black Kwami, who had fallen asleep from the weeks it had endured being transformed for so long.

"How is Pollen doing?" Came a familiar voice all the way back towards the exit. Their eyes snapped to the person, in fear at first, but they immediately relaxed as they saw who it was- Master Fu.

"Master!" All the Kwamis zipped towards him, Wayzz getting to him before any of the others. Alya was gonna try to eat up again, but Fu held up a hand in protest and he walked over to them. The Kwamis remained silent, but stirred around his head with questions.

"I must thank you all for saving me, I'm so proud of the heroes you all have become." They were all deeply touched by his kind words. Master Fu looked towards his Kwami, "Wayzz you picked a great new Tortue." Nino blushed sheepishly and bowed his head with respect, like Wayzz always did. Fu smiled warmly at Nino, but as he looked towards Alya, his expression softened into sympathy and his eyes gleamed with sadness. "Alya, I'm so sorry that you were injured. It truly pains me to see you hurt."

"It's okay Master Fu," Alya stated in a quite voice. "I'm just lucky that these guys had my back." She looked at all of them with a grateful smile, and they returned the gesture. Master Fu gave a big sigh and turned to Marinette and Adrien apologetically .

"I'm sorry for having to put so much on you two, you both have shown great strength and leadership in such a short amount of time. You are definitely one of the best Ladybug and Chat Noir that I've had the pleasure to choose. However I believe it's time you faced your greatest challenge yet," Adrien and Marinette looked at each other and their hands locked together in a firm grasp, determination filled their expressions.

"They don't have to do it alone, do they?" Alya's voice broke through the silence. Master Fu gave a tired shake in response.

"Unfortunately you are in no condition to help, and while Lucky Charm helped a great deal, an injury of this caliber will still take a great deal to heal. That is where Nino, Wayzz and I come in, we can heal you fully, but it will take several days, so you can't go help them." Alya seemed as though she was going to argue with him, but the pains in her stomach agreed with him and she back down. Fu then back to Marinette and Adrien, "I know that this battle will be hard, for each of you, both mentally and physically. However if you continue to rely on each other, you will no doubt be able to defeat Hawk Moth, once and for all." The couple's hands tighten and they both nodded in unison. Master Fu smiled, knowing that he chose right with these two. He clapped his hands together and looked at everyone. "Well we can't fight on an empty stomach, food is on me," and Master Fu started heading towards the kitchen.

"But wouldn't people start coming back up?" Marinette asked a little worried that people would see them with all their Kwamis'. However Master Fu waved her off and explained,
